  Van, you simple minded political fool. What is going on is not “down there”, but up here. And you know it. No, we do not need to “declare…[an] emergency”, though I am sure you and your brother Barack would love nothing more. What we need is to get rid of the criminally corrupt people in our government, like you were gotten rid of. What we need is the prosecution of the individuals in our government that were involved in the approval and coordination of the purchasing and delivery of 10s of thousands of guns into the hands of the drug cartels and gangs. We can start with Eric Holder. But it would not end there. It would hit every major secretary in this administration. THAT is what needs to be done. Because hundred of people have died. When you confront a murderer of hundred of people you arrest them, prosecute them and then put them to death. Do you remember the Nuremberg Trials? You should because they are coming for you.   @RALEANA: Liberalism is a political movement. Not a religious one. How do you rationalize being guided by a political movement religiously, when as a Catholic, you are only supposed to take your religious guidance from the Catholic Church, and the Pope?

  @RALEANA: One final point. There is no right to marriage under our constitution. Our right to marriage comes from our faith and our church. Under our constitution citizens who happen to be gay have the same rights as citizens who do not happen to be gay. Our rights under the constitution are given equally to all, regardless of sexual orientation. The only requirement is that ‘you’ be a citizen.

  What you are confusing here is the difference between a constitutional right and a religious rite. What I am curious about is: The left always wants a separation of church and state. Why is it they want to bring the church into the state for this issue? Very curious.
