  • @SHERIS, I was watching the debate when Romney said he would have signed the NDAA as written. I am a conservative, not a liberal, and I am frightened of the idea of having Romney as President, almost as much as I am of having Obama for another term.

  • Hey guys, a woman has lost her baby and this is a sad thing. Yes, she has been blessed with 19 other children, all living and healthy even though the last child was born premature. Show a little class and remember that the Duggers are now grieving over the loss of a child.

  • Amen!

  • The progressives are either ignorant, or complicit. I believe the latter, and that they also believe the changes won’t be applied to them. They are in for a rude awakening if they truly get their way. The useful idiots will be the first to go, and when there is nothing left to steal from the rest of us, including our lives, the elite will begin cannibalizing each other.

  • I worked as a waitress my senior year in high school. My eldest niece worked at Hooters as a waitress while going to college. I’ve seen her in her work uniform; shorts, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. No cleavage showing, no butt cheeks hanging out. I wish people would stop judging other people because of their professions (or in the case of the Porn star their former professions). As long as the young women in question were not saying anything inappropriate, what’s the problem?

  • @poverty.sucks,
No, this is not what anybody deserves, for any reason, shame on you.

  • Yes, I agree. It was the 60+ year old woman who was getting in there to stop the fight. WTF?!?!?!? The employees and videographer were laughing, you can hear it in the background. There is no excuse for the people who witnessed this and did nothing to help, law or no law.

  • Sleazyhippo, as a former co-worker of miketheartist, having worked with him in the entertainment industry, I can attest to the fact that he was indeed one of the artists doing 98% of the work and getting PAID only 20% of the money (though I believe all the artists EARNED a much larger share), and I know that because I was in management and had access to that data. I’m not sure what you were trying to imply.

I can also attest to the fact that people who “fit in” were given multiple opportunities to maintain employment by shifting jobs when they began to fail at one or another, and others were let go more often because they didn’t “fit in” than because they were untalented or unable to keep up with production. Those who didn’t “fit in” were those who espoused conservative values and spoke up about abusive working conditions, or, OMG, simply had opinions of there own.
