  It’s not only the apps listed above. I had apps that were affiliated with Google that had notices of information sharing, yet other Google related apps provided no warnings at all.

  just to clarify something, guns do not just jump off of tables and start firing unless there is a person making the gun fire. By themselves, guns are actually less dangerous than the automobile.

  In 2009, there were 35,900 deaths from car accident (http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/2012/tables/12s1103.pdf), yet there were only 15,200 murders in the same year (http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/2012/tables/12s0306.pdf).

  @ DAVE: I try not to let political correctness stand in the way of principle, and cowtowing to a senior officers spouse falls under that umbrella. This does not mean that I will specifically attempt to be rude, but I will not accept orders from a spouse or anyone else not in my chain of command.
