  I don’t think there is enough information in the report to take objective sides.
  I agree that owners that purchase property where a homeowners association is in charge, do so because they don’t want the hassle or expected costs of dealing with certain issues on their own. They then pay the price of having a committee of people take over many of their rights.
  Does tht sound familiar on a nationl scale?
  How would any feel if your next door property were rented out to a person with 5 children unble to pay the rent or keep up the property?

  I believe that many blacks, living in black neighborhoods, and that see most people around them to belong to the same culture and skin color, believe that they are a majority of the population..
  When the word “percentage” or symbol % might have the same meaning as “quantum physics” like “you” or “ we ”represent 12.5% of the population.
  The black “culture” is leading itself into self destruction, as it has over human history and its “leaders” for purely personal and perceived gain are egging them on.
  The fear is that government control will be exercised by declaring martial law.
  If the cause is a racial war, who stands to lose the most? Perhaps the 12.5%.
