  your missing the point the person hood argument is happening. This argument is being used to justify killing. Some country use the person hood argument for after birth abortion. The people choosing the definition are allowing the killing of a child up to 3years old in the definition. The killing of elderly at some point and the termination of several types of disapality to qualify the individuals as no longer a person and can be terminated. The individual arguing this are using person hood as a new measure of life and excuse to kill.

  They lost the argument on life and human scientifically. The new model is defining person hood wich if defined there way would allow killing the child up to 2 or 3 years old under some of there definitions. This would also allow the killing of elderly and some handicap types as well.

  time is pointing out radicals in paul side. Those type of radicals are no better then any other radical and some supporters say strange things.

  As this shows as well as some other quotes in the link he provided (really should check the links because some of those people in them are radical) shows some people that support fahrakhan rhetoric rather then just the first amendment right to say it. There is difference between those two things. Supporting someones right to say something is one thing supporting a racist biggot is another. Then using those quotes from radicals is not necessarily fair but when someone gets a crazy type hype they tend to draw out radicals anyways. This may not be who paul necessarily wants to draw out in the first place though nor is it necessarily his fault.

  It depends on what one classes as welfare if you count ss, medicare, medicaid, foodstamps. etc. it goes well beyond 1T a year. Companies appling for tax deductions to pay less in taxes is not welfare because everyone has access to some form of them if they know what to look for.

  “and in some manner confronting him” you do not know this one for a fact you were not there. Far as we know the kid doubled back and jumped him like he said. Pined him to the ground and beat his head against the side walk (there is now a picture that supports the head banging). Everthing after the he hung up with the police to the shooting will have to be supported by evidence apparantly a lot which is unknown to the public(also that the deadzone know one knows what happened). To say guilty or innocent right now would be wrong. The evidence thats coming out does not eve support second degree murder but more along the lines of manslaughter at most at the moment again depends on the unknown evidence that is floating out there.

  The numbers show blacks are more dependent on assistance then whites and that problem needs to be adrressed

  in terms of raw numbers of course more whites are on food stamps whites out number black but lets look at this only within each race.

  foodstamp reciepient/ race population=%
  black 37389.06/91567.5= 40.85%

  white 348964.56/2777547.5=12.56%

  blacks are 3.25 times more likely to be on food stamps. this is the set of numbers that cause people to believe blacks are moochers. When you walk in to a black part of town 40.85% of them are on foodstamps . While the white part is 12.56%. These are the numbers people are refering to and people need to see. Almost 1 in 2 blacks are on this government assistance this is the black problem that is over looked this abnormally high level needs to be adressed. Why is there community that dependent on government . This is the problem in the black community why is it so much more dependent than the white one? There is no reason the black community should be so dependent on the government.
