  • @A Doctors Labor Is Not My Right
Animal on animal violence is about as important to these radicals as black on black violence is to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. If there’s no political capital to be realized, it doesn’t happen.

  • The Apostle Paul (not a white man) said that in the Church there is neither Jew nor Gentile, bond nor free. In fact he went so far as to say that in Christ male and female do not matter.

If that’s the case, then men who preach sermons like this are not of the Church, nor of the God of the Church. It borders on blasphemy for this man to quote the Bible while preaching such hate.

From where I stand, this man is no different than the members of Westboro Baptist Church. They both preach a message of hate, and proudly proclaim that message all across the country. One is racial hatred; the other is social hatred. They are just two sides of the same bad penny.

  • The greatest thing about America is the opportunity it gives everyone to reach for their dreams. There is no guarantee that you will realize them, but as the Declaration of Independance says, “the PURSUIT of happiness.”
Interestingly enough, prior to President Johnson’s “War on Poverty”, sole propriertships in the African American community was 65%. After 30 years of AFDC and Foodstamps, that number dropped to less than 10%. What has crushed the American dream is white liberal Democrats who have used Uncle Tom’s like Jesse Jackson and Al Shaprton to destroy the idea that Black Americans can own their own business and be successful with it.
In addition, this current Administration, through various regulations, is working to supress that Dream even more. This is because equality in the mind of a liberal Democrat, is that everybody is equally miserable and depressed.

  • Somebody get that girl a towel!

  • @SFRICH I believe a lot of the confusion comes from the following statement made by Ms. Fluke:

Without insurance coverage, contraception, as you know, can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school. For a lot of students who, like me, are on public interest scholarships, that’s practically an entire summer’s salary. 40% of the female students at Georgetown Law reported to us that they struggle financially as a result of this policy

She included herself in the discussion. Though it appears she was only using her personal reference in regards to her scholarship statis, yet the way it is worded can be misconstrued.

What I find more intersting about her statement is the facts, or lack there of, thrown out as “red meat” for the media. One point of interest is where she acknowledges Georgetown’s insurance covers birth control pills for medically prescribed, yet a few minutes later states that their insurance does not cover it. What she fails to explain (intentionally or not???) is that Georgetown’s Insurance is for employees, not students. Per Obama care, the students should have their own coverage through their parents, or government assistance. The University provided clinic is subject to the institutions guidelines and not personal preferences.

    In reply to rasbo.

    @Locked

There’s no debate in the scientific community on whether or not Evolution occured? Have you ever heard of Intelligent Design? A large body of scientists (appx. 30%) actually have rejected Evolution in favor of Intelligent Design. As they have looked into the “scientific evidence” they have found it to be anything but evidence.

The reality is Evolution is not scientific because it cannot be falsified. (If you don’t know what that means, then you need to go back and take General Science 101 to learn about the scientific method.) You cannot place the fundamental principles in a lab and test them. You cannot test the theory to prove whether or not it is true.

Evolution is a philosopy, just as creation is. In fact, it is a fundamental tennent of Secular Humanism, a recognized religion in this country.

  • Bill Maher – “You did not you go to the Wellfare office in Missippi”
Alexandra Pelosi – “That would be probably a lot of the same thing there.”
Me – “Why didn’t you go to people in Nebraska or Kansas?”
What Pelosi would have said – “I would not have gotten the same thing there.”

Apples and oranges is comparing the hicks in the backwoods of Mississippi with conservatives else where and assuming they are all alike.

However, even Ms. Pelosi admitted that the Wellfare “Queens” in Mississippi would be very similiar to the ones she interviewed in New York City. Just remember the people waiting to get them some “Obama cash” in Detroit.

  • I think we can honestly deduce from this that the Democrat party under President Obama’s leadership, is the party of misogyny and sexism. Also, since they throw that accusation at Republicans with random abandon, they can also be called the party of projected guilt and deceipt. Thus, anyone who votes for a Democrat this November is a supporter of these ideas, and anytime these accusations are leveled at Republicans, it will ring hollow considering the response the Democrat leaders have had towards men like Bill Maher.

  • I am going to contact Controll Confort, Quicken Loans, and ProFlowers and let them know that I will not do business with them as long has they continue their stand against Rush.

More than likely they received a ton of letters threating a boycot it they did not drop Rush. What’s sad is that he is the reason these companies are even where they are. They chose to advertise on his program and now are very successful.

Well, I’ll go back to using FTD, and forget about a new matress from Control Confort.

Rush, the heart of America is still behind you.

  • It doesn’t really matter. The only way President Obama could be removed from office is through impeachment. With Harry Reid and the Democrats in control of the Senate, that is not going to happen, regardless of what the House does.

Our best bet is to focus on what this Administration has done, and is doing to our economy and freedoms, and make sure every conservative in American votes him out of office.
