  The bar owner knows exactly what he is doing. Religious bigotry against Christians has become public sport to the point where it is now an element of the mindless entertainment available. Those of you who defend this stuff are mindless, and you will regret it deeply unless of course you are mindful and on the attack. There are no doubt examples of seemingly innocuous but offensive humor throughout history. When it becomes a cultural norm, the atrocities quickly follow.

  First they came for the communists,
  and I didn‘t speak out because I wasn’t a communist.

  Then they came for the trade unionists,
  and I didn‘t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist.

  Then they came for the Jews,
  and I didn‘t speak out because I wasn’t a Jew.

  Then they came for me
  and there was no one left to speak out for me.

  The most dangerous kind of gun is one that is unloaded. I don’t remember who taught me this as a kid, but it stuck. People are too careless when handling firearms. With unalienable rights come unalienable responsibilities. These families are in my prayers.

  Making it a big public fiasco just feeds the persona she’s trying to present to everyone – that of the victim. It feeds the FB drama vortex. Wipe the hard drive on her laptop, rebuild it, and donate it to the autistic charity or to another charity. Using a firearm in that manner is also completely irresponsible and childish. I expect the girl will either move out or be moved out because of this. Anytime a parent loses their temper like this, AND ACTS ON IT, they lose.
