Liberal Legal Scholar Alan Dershowitz Calls Prosecutor‘s Affidavit in Zimmerman Case ’a Crime’

@Crazyrabbit — regarding the average comment post, I agree is isn’t a big deal to overlook misspellings. However, we should expect more from published pieces, whether it is a book or an article on a website, in a newspaper or in a magazine. Paid authors and editors combined should be able to do better than that. It seriously detracts from their credibility and professionalism.

Socialism.. did you know that the pilgrims said if someone didn’t work, they didn’t eat? Doesn’t sound very socialist to me. No, the socialists say the man who works gives his food to the one who doesn’t.
Alleged GE Memo Tells Employees: Want to Drive a Company Car, It Will Likely be a Volt
February 23, 2012 at 10:55am
It’s a private company. Do they have to reimburse employees for mileage? I don’t believe they do. It’s a good move to keep employees happy, but they don’t have to do it. They get to choose what they pay and what they don’t.
What happened to self-reliance? This is just another “entitlement”. Only difference is it is coming from the company rather than a government program. The government involvement with bailouts, etc. has muddied the waters, but it really does boil down to a private company deciding how it spends its money. If you don’t like it and want your mileage to be deductible, quit and start your own business. Stop depending on the government, a company or anyone other than yourself.
Hairstylist Refuses to Cut New Mexico Governor’s Hair Over Stance on Gay Marriage
February 23, 2012 at 10:45am
Good for him for standing up for what he believes. Just like it was good for the cake decorator who refused to provide a cake for a lesbian wedding. I don’t agree with his views, but I absolutely support his right to stand up for his beliefs. It‘s not like he’s the only hairdresser in Santa Fe. I‘m sure she can find one who either agrees with her or doesn’t feel the need to take a stand this way.
Barbara Walters Defends Rick Santorum’s Views on Feminism, Joy Behar Calls Him a ‘Coward’
February 14, 2012 at 7:57pm
I think that is because a lot of today’s moms were raised under feminism. We were the “latchkey kids” who raised ourselves while mom was bringing home the bacon and cooking it, too. We want better for our kids. Of course there are dreams I want to pursue and as much as I love my children, staying home with them can be very lonely and thankless. However, I only get one chance to raise them. One chance to develop their character. One chance to give them a secure foundation to become happy, productive godly adults.
