  How many more “scandals” will come out during this current administration? The libs bash Bush/Cheney for Halliburton. OK, but at least Halliburton was there to help our service members. But this admin losing 1/2 billion dollars to Solyndra, that’s helping Americans? Selling guns to criminals, to kill Americans(Fast and Furious), that’s helping Americans? Having a crony lead the jobs panel, while said crony is firing Americans, and hiring Chinese, that’s helping Americans? Oh wait, there’s more? How much more can we tolerate? Right now, I’d vote for head of lettuce to get rid of this American hating administration.

  Yes, and no. You are within your rights to perform a citizens arrest, but you cannot cuff him. Tactfully request that his/her shift supervisor appear on scene, and then say nothing more. Invoke your constitutional right of self incrimination. Depending on the state, you should still follow all directions, but answer no questions. Why “no” to cuffing? Because that could be construed as “Assault on a Peace Officer”.

  As a LEO myself, I’m appalled at this officers actions, and the lack of his fellow officers and supervisors actions. Let me give some advice to all who read here. SAY NOTHING!!!!!! I’ve told all my children, if you are pulled over, follow these three rules, ALWAYS! 1) Keep your hands in sight at all times. 2) Follow all directions. 3) SAY ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! Even though you have not been mirandized, does not mean that your words cannot be used against you in court. Peace out, OATHKEEPERS!!!!

Anyhow, as a vet who served 22+ years, by your postings, I highly doubt you are a veteran. Because if you love this country like you say you do, there is no way you can say, or prove, that BHO/PELOSI/REID/BIDEN are IMPROVING it. And no, I‘m not a GOP’er. Used to be a Democrat, until Carter REALLY screwed everything up.
