  • @ Locked, I grew up in the 60‘s and 70’s and yes America has always had their problems but that is not what Momrules was trying to say. When I was growing up and in school, every morning we stood, faced the flag and said the Pledge of Allegiance and never ever had 1 kid balk or complain about saying the words “Under God”. Our History books were filled with facts about the wars, we learned all about the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution as well as learning about our Founding Fathers. Today there is little to nothing about that in History books. We had Christmas Concerts and sang traditional Christmas Songs such as Away in the Manger, Oh Holy Night or Silent Night and it was Christmas Vacation not Winter Break. We could hang traditional Christmas ornaments on our class Christmas tree and again no one ever complained. We said Merry Christmas and again no one ever complained. I could ride my bike without having to wear a helmet or safety pads or having to worry about being abducted. I played Tether Ball, Kick Ball and Dodge Ball during school recess and now are all banned because they are deemed “to dangerous” for our kids to play. We rode in the back of pick up trucks and seat belts were optional to wear, heck I can remember laying in the back window of my Parents old car when we traveled to my Grandparents house.
If I remember correctly, the 90‘s brought us open talk of One World Government yep the 90’s were good…NOT!

  • So according to you, I am a racist because I believe in what the Bible says about men and women laying with each other and how it is a sin. I am a racist because I believe that when you change the definition of “Marriage” you now open the doors for others wanting their right to marry more than just one women or for someone who belongs to MAMBLA to marry their young boy lovers. I am a racist because I didn’t vote for Obama because he is black, not the fact that I am not a Democrat and didn’t vote for Obama because he is a Democrat. I am racist because according to you I am for limiting “Women Rights” because I am against abortion, yet I am a Women…GASP!!!! You are right about one thing, going to Church does not necessarily make you a Christian, but what does make you a Christian is by reading and living by Gods words that are written in the Bible. Oh and by the way. just to prove to you that I am not racist, I supported Herman Cain, A Black man, when he was running for the presidency and if Allen West, another Black man, ever runs for the Presidency I will support and vote for him in a heart beat.

  • Joe Piehole, after reading your first paragraph I am not only seeing red, but cannot believe how ignorant you truly are. Do you personally know any of us? No you do not therefore you do not know where we live, where we work or whether or not we are educated. Saying that the majority of us who read and comment here on The Blaze are poor, uneducated hateful white people when you know nothing about any of us just makes you look like an ignorant hypocrite. Just for your information I did not vote for Obama because I am not a Democrat and had nothing to do with the color of his skin. In fact, like many others here, If he would have stayed in the race I would have voted for Herman Cain and if Allen West ever runs, you bet your bippy I will be voting for him.
As for the other crap you keep spewing, you can keep repeating them as much as you want, but those of us who do read and know how to do research from our computers, know that the CBO are not honest about their numbers. So go ahead and believe in what you want to believe and praise your glory boy all you want, but the majority of us smart people know the truth, see the truth and hear the truth everyday.

  • Mr. Oshawott, please explain to all of us what rights and civil liberties they gain by being allowed to get married? Last I looked they can still live together, buy a home, car or any other thing together, they can adopt or hire a surrogate to have children or if it is a woman be injected with sperm to get pregnant. They can pretty much do everything that a married couple can do except for maybe claiming each other on their taxes, adding one or the other onto their health, dental or life insurance or legally being able to change their last name. Many States have already adopted new laws which allows Domestic Partners the right to add each other onto their health, life and dental insurance, so explain to me what additional rights they get? A piece of paper that says they are married? Let me ask you this; Have you ever thought about what will happen in this country if we change the definition of Marriage and make it legal, probably not so I will tell you. If the definition of Marriage is changed it will now open a Pandora’s Box in which every group who feel they have rights will come forward. After gay marriage is passed then the Polygamists be the next group to push their belief of being able to marry and have as many wives they want. Once the Polygamist get their rights next will be MAMBLA wanting their right to marry their boy lovers and on and on. Oh and just in case you forgot, God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve because Adam and Steve cannot procreate.

  • Mr. M. Cocktail, your analogy of Red States and Blue States are interesting for the fact that you are WRONG. Simple question for you, if Blue States are doing better than Red States then what is your explanation for California and Illinois which are very Blue States? While you are at it also explain to me why red States such as Texas who has done extremely well during this recession and North Dakota whose unemployment rate at 3.4% is the lowest of any State, has a booming economy and are screaming for workers because there are more jobs there than they have residents. Seems to me that your analogy is backwards, it is the Democratically run States who are the ones holding their hands out getting money to support their programs, not the other way around. Oh and by the way, the Government gave WI 6 Million Dollars and you know what Walker did, he sent it back to them saying he didn’t want it or needed it.

  • I think he will in 2016, he just needs to get the experience under his belt first, unlike someone else we know who had no experience when he ran for the Presidency.

  • Thanks for the info, but just a heads up, Tom Barrett was originally thinking of running against Scott Walker, but decided not too because of his obligation to being Mayor of Milwaukee. Dave Obey never announced his desire to run and have heard nothing about him being a potential candidate. As of last week, Tim Cullen dropped out and will not be running as he was not able to raise the money needed to run for Governor. This leaves Kathleen Falk who ran for Governor in 2010 but lost out to Barrett in the primaries. Kathleen Falk has also ran for other offices and lost because many people in both party’s do not like her and her ideology. If Falk is the only Democrat who ends up running against Scott Walker, then Walker will easily win.

  • @ Decendentof56,
If you do not watch football then how do you know about who celebrates with who after a touchdown? Packers, Jordy Nelson is white and is leading the team in touchdowns. For every touchdown he gets, his teammates, especially his black teammates, are in the end zone celebrating with Nelson. The same goes whenever Mathews gets a sack, I see all the time his teammates patting him on the back and congratulating him, maybe it just because the Packers have class.

  • We all know that Iran alone cannot fight against our own Military fire power and Iran knows this, so what other Countries are backing Iran? Venezuela, Cuba, Russia we all know are possibles, but who else wants nothing more than to see the US destroyed? I think we need to worry about who is in the back ground. I think Iran is just a decoy for a much bigger plan, but thats just my opinion.
