  There are articles on the internet stating that there might be a connection between abortion and breast cancer. Here is one of them. http://abortionbreastcancer.com/ It seems ironic that an organization fighting breast cancer would fund an abortion provider that might be causing the disease in the first place. Why doesn’t Komen use some of its funds to educate women as to the possible connection?

  JOKER50, I’m all for prudent stewardship of the earth. But I absolutely object to plans that are part and parcel of the United Nation’s Agenda 21.

  I’m totally done with Christie. I just learned about Sustainable Jersey, which is New Jersey‘s version of Agenda 21 and which is referenced on the NJDEP’s website. http://www.nj.gov/dep/opsc/sustcomm.html As far as I’m concerned, if Christie isn’t going to force the NJDEP to make Sustainable Jersey go away, then he’s part of a very big problem.

On September 29, the New York Post ran an article on Christie, which included the following: “The renewed consideration about a White House run came after prodding this week from some Republicans he idolizes, including former First Lady Nancy Reagan, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and former President George W. Bush, sources said.“ Christie ”idolizes” Henry Kissinger? Henry Kissinger — of Counsel on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg fame? That Henry Kissinger?

  This is for the 66% of Catholics who support the death penalty. From the “Catechism of the Catholic Church”:

  “2267 Assuming that the guilty party’s identity and responsibility have been fully determined, the traditional teaching of the Church does not exclude recourse to the death penalty, if this is the only possible way of effectively defending human lives against the unjust aggressor.

  If, however, non-lethal means are sufficient to defend and protect people’s safety from the aggressor, authority will limit itself to such means, as these are more in keeping with the concrete conditions of the common good and are more in conformity to the dignity of the human person.

  Today, in fact, as a consequence of the possibilities which the state has for effectively preventing crime, by rendering one who has committed an offense incapable of doing harm – without definitely taking away from him the possibility of redeeming himself – the cases in which the execution of the offender is an absolute necessity “are very rare, if not practically non-existent.”
