  • Really? What exactly are they opposed to? Catch and release, or fishing altogether? Fish is a staple food in the diet of billions across the globe. Jesus, the son of God ate fish. He miraculously multiplied the fish to feed the multitudes. Do they really believe that there is enough vegetation in the world to accommodate 6 billion non-meat-eating people? It’s pure insanity.

  • I wish the interviewer, if time allotted, would have asked these people if they believe that aliens are involved in our everyday affairs, or if reptilians had ufo bases underground, or if the “illuminati” was conspiring against them. I bet these fools believe in global warming too.

  • Even the blaze blocked the word “*******” in context of the Keebler elves. I‘m sure it’s an automated filter but c’mon!

  • It’s sad how overly sensitive we have become. Even if the guy said it in a double context, it’s not racist. However it is funny!! I wasn’t upet over “Honkeys for Herman” or “Crackers for Cain.” in fact I’ve heard people say ******* on TV a lot. Perhaps we should be firing some of those racist little bastards over at Keebler.

  • @WVERNON…Wrong again. Rights are not collectively granted by individuals. We are born with these rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These rights did exist in our earlier stages of development, however hominids and neanderthals hardly had the intellectual understanding required to acknowledge such truths. You are speaking of Marxism which removes all facets of individual liberty. Fall out of line, don’t work hard, and you lose your right to freedom, or quite possibly life. That’s the irony of the Occupy movement. These are people that want everything handed to them without working for it, but what they don’t realize is under communism they would be forced to work in some assigned capacity. Those that did not work would be executed.

  • @WVERNON…You are kidding, right? That’s your argument…that we Christians need government to protect God. You are an idiot. The Constitution grants everyone the freddom of religion. God doesn’t need protection, his followers do because of despots and tyrants that would gladly remove all religious thought to further their agenda of subversion and control. That’s what communism is. For communism to work, all thoughts of religion must be purged because the doctrine teaches free will and individualism. You cannot be allowed to exist in the commune if you have individual thought. The state must dictate to you your needs and grant you an equal share of everyones labor. In this country, as founded and stated in our Constitution, our rights come from our Creator, not from the government. The government is necessary only to protect those rights.

Also, no one has the right to not be offended. If this athiest group is offended by a statue of Jesus, tough. If a person does not believe in the teachings of Jesus, or that he is the Christ and Son of God, then that is simply the statue of a historical figure. We know and have proven, historically, that Jesus existed.

  • Has anyone in the administration or media actually watched the video. I watched it like 10 times because I saw not a single stream of urine emanating from anyone. The video was shot in direct sunlight and not a drop. I think this was a joke done in poor taste but there was no desecration. I even checked the clothing on the bodies and they remained a constant color meaning they were not getting wet. I can see the scenario where someone asks what to do with the bodies and get the reply “piss on them!” leading to a couple marines pretending to do just that. If you can see pee, I’ll admit I am wrong, but I cannot see it.

  • How Did the Candidates Score on the Atheist Report Card?

    In reply to ninja.

Actually there is no Constitutional right to vote in a federal election. Does not exist. There are voting rights granted by state constitutions for state and local elections, but nothing at the federal level.

  • Really? The prefix was blocked by the blaze? It’s not in any context that would be derisive to homosexuals.

  • I don’t think we humans gave up anything. When a chimp builds a skyscraper or flies a jumbo jet across the continent you may have an argument. Plus, early hominids (**** erectus, **** habilus) did have many ape like attributes that enabled them to survive. You cannot deny evolution took place because its visible in the fossil record. However, you can argue, as I believe, that evolution was guided by an intelligent Creator. Or that evolution occurred naturally to a point for humans, but was then intervened by some higher intellect or power to leap us forward on the evolutionary time scale. Could be why the missing link is missing. It never was. Evolution, Creation, or a combination of the two, human civilization has only been around a short 6000 years. In that time we’ve been able to accomplish some pretty amazing things.
