  We are suppose to be good stewarts of the planet, but assuming a decline, and assuming we are at fault is childish and not scientific.   The numbers are so arbitrarily because Obama hasn’t passed a budget in 4 years, and spends trillions of dollars with no checks or balances. When you make a budget you use lasts year’s gross income and assume a constant, ALL budgeting does that. He doesn’t take numbers out of thin air he uses MATH. Entitlements are way out of control and needs some common sense regulation, like CITIZENS ONLY, for starters. “This is the finding of a Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) report stating that a whopping 70 percent of illegal-immigrant households with children receive handouts via a government program. The rate for immigrant households with children overall (both legal and illegal) is 57 percent, versus only 39 percent for such native households.”

  @Micheal61 While that is good, Christians are not saved or go to heaven because they follow the commandments, we are saved by the love and grace shown by Jesus and by accepting his GIFT of salvation that changes your perspectives and heart and from that change the works follows. No one is righteous on works alone, and we are all selfish and self serving at our core. Christian gauge other Christians by the love they express to others, if “Christians” are hateful they are not true Christians and Atheists should also recognize that fact as well and not to judge all by the bad apples.

  Along that line of thought, Christians has been the keepers of knowledge and tolerance since Rome, facing the gladiator and beasts in the arena they fought with love, at the fall of Rome it was the Christian priests who saved much from The Great Library of Alexandria, and tho corrupt kings pillaged the middle east with the crusades we turned back in the Reformation, and in the forming of this nation it was the the Christian values of “All men are Created equal with inalienable rights, of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness” true Christians don’t hate their fellow man, but show compassionate love not the perverted concept of “love” that is dominate in today’s pop-culture. The more the left white-out’s our Christian history the worst things get.

  Rat‘s didn’t originate in the habitat and destroyed the local wildlife, like Killer Bees did to the US Honey Bee population. It’s good stewardship to try to preserve a truly endangered species. That being said, I don’t believe that every species are “endangered” on the EPA’s endangered species list, and the environmental protection act has been grossly abused, but these bugs are really endangered and have been driven from there original habitat and should be preserved. I also find it insulting by those who mocks God in their posts over this and these bugs are not related to elitists science worship. Look to the public schools for that, regarding Darwinism and Evolution which has been disproven by Darwin’s own standards referred in his theory, and yet is taught as fact and not the theory that it is.

  What was done to you and others are wrong, but God gave us a choice and the right to choose if we follow His teachings. You were wronged by HUMANS and GOD still loves you. I suggest you try a Four-Square or Calvary church I never been in one that does what you describe, and check out http://www.pastorjerry.com and hear a message on the love of God he stays strictly of the Gospel and doesn’t pander to the hypocrites who want a “feel-good” experience.

  You are very ignorant if you truly believe that. Have you studied the Bible? it’s Historic and Cultural context? The bible has been proven to be written by those known by Jesus, yes Roman records has Jesus’ birth on record, along with James, John, Saul(Paul), as well as the other disciples. There are detailed record of it’s accuracy and Archeologists, believing and non-believing both, uses it to find lost cities, as cultural reference, and Anthropological study of 1st century history. The Vatican has detail records of the various councils in which we get the modern Bible, and how they limited the inclusion of books not proven to be written by those known or proven to be written by the Prophets and Disciples who knew Jesus first hand to ensure it’s accuracy. The Dead Sea Scrolls verified the accuracy of nearly all New Testament books with a ~90% accuracy to the modern Bible. Get Educated before you make such erroneous claims.

  lol love your enthusiasm, sign me up too, but there are many youtube lids of homemade rail-guns, just get a bunch of electromagnets, a few high-amp capacitors, and something metal and bullet-like and there you go. Simple concept and until now a practical weapon pipe-dream, but I‘m glad the program’s on track. Let‘s pray Obummer doesn’t axe it…

  True Driftrat, but a man portable rail-gun would have a far lower muzzle velocity due to the lower amps of a battery pack, lower velocity, lower re-coil.
