  I agree she’s angry, because of observable behavior. However I don’t think I agree with this logic: “When you have to deny the image you are painted as then that is what you are.”

  So in other words, “Neener neener nah nah you are an ignorant white man.” A lot of liberals think you and your ilk are. By this standard it must be what you are; no sense in defending yourself.

  No just because people say you are doesn’t make it true.

  This reminds me of the time Glenn Beck appeared on their show shortly after making a joke on his radio show about meeting Whoopi and (I think) Walters on a subway. His joke was not nearly as offensive (If I recall it involved his unflattering uni-impersonation of a grating harping woman). You should have seen how every one of them jumped all over him and used his entire segment to chastise him. But this time, they all seemed to want to make nice with Maher. “Let’s not waste his segment on addressing his insensitivity.” Seriously? I feel bad for Hasselbeck, her co-hosts do not support her or stand up for her.

  WOW! there’s so much anger here in this thread. I happen to agree that Michelle Obama is an angry woman, there’s enough evidence to convince me.

  I don’t like the way JAMFORPRESIDENT was treated though. It seems to me that she came here from the left to see the other side (an admirable thing to do) but what we showed her was embarrassing. I’m sorry to see this. I’d love to have a civil discourse with her sometime and explore the other side from my standpoint.
