  I have an idea, go back and check the records to see all she has ever received from the government in the form of “ASSistance” payments and take the entire amount back out of her winnings. Odd to me, she can’s buy food but she purchased a lottery ticket????

  As a former law enforcement officer, with friends that work with the Secret Service, I agree this man, if his actions were threatening, should have been arrested on the spot. When the agent approached him ten minutes later and asked if he would answer a few questions, Mr. Howard exercised his right to say NO. Therein lies the problem, the agent was at that point PI$$ED OFF and he made an emotional decision rather than one based on sound judgement. I can see the wheels turning in his head as he pondered the question: Does this guy not know who I am? Does he think he can just walk away from a Government Agent? I’ll show him, and he did.

  I went through some similar crap when I divorced ten years ago. I found out my, then estranged, wife was randomly calling the police in the middle of the night screaming into the phone that I was outside her house trying to break in! Lucky for me, I own my own business and was able to prove with receipts that on EVERY night she claimed this happened, I was over a hundred miles away, working.

  Amazingly enough, they didn’t arrest her for filing a false police report….. I thought it would never end.

  I have seen crap like this before, right here in the good old US of A. Soccer at this level is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. You would think the coaches were fearful of missing that multi-million dollar signing bonus if their team looses. I stopped going to soccer games when one of the boys at our local high school had his arm broke in the state championship a few years ago. Yes, that was a dirty hit too but nobody went to jail.

  And here I was thinking, Only In America! Shame on me…..

  I wonder what the justification was for the search of the truck, consent, search incident to arrest or a warrant? I see this happen all the time in the area where I live. I was stopped and the officer tried to talk his way into my vehicle. I was polite but told him, young man, I taught that class over twenty years ago! You should probably move on and try that on someone that does not know what his rights are. He smiled and departed!
