  Really? This guy imagines a 9 mm semi-auto that ejects shell casings with their ‘hollow point’ JHP still attached. Wow! That would be a real effective weapon. Would it not?

  Let me explain to you, CATB, and other non-thinking folks, what a ‘white hispanic’ is. I say non-thinking because if anyone gave it an ounce of thought you wouldn‘t ask ’whatever that is?’ when someone refers to a white hispanic.

  Folks from Spain are WHITE! Folks who went to Mexico after the 1500′s after Cortez defeated the Mayans were WHITE. In 2010 folks who’s ancesters are from Spain and they never inter-mingled with the local original inhabitants are WHITE. In fact, they are WHITE HISPANIC. Look at the former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox. He is WHITE. He is, in fact, a WHITE HISPANIC.

  The original inhabitants of Mexico who never mingled with the conquering whites are, in fact, Indians i.e. Mayan, etc. They are Brown Hispanics. Then there are those who did mix it up and mingle. They are mostly lighter shade Brown Hispanics.

  Got it?

  Being tolerant of homosexuality WILL NOT increase the number of homosexuals.

  I always hear how a society becoming accepting of homosexuals will destroy that society but I am NEVER given any reason by these folks as to why that would be or why it will happen. Their arguments invariably turn to how polygamy, beastiality and any number of social pathologies will destroy the society.

  Typical argument for someone who has no argument. Change the premise of the question and then argue that changed premise. Pretty poor debating tactic.

  You need to go back to High School and learn the difference between the word ‘than’ and the word ‘then’. Than maybe you can use them correctly. :)

  Yes, I’m going to bring race into the story:

  “The last time a justice was the victim of a crime was in 2004, when a group of young men assaulted Justice David Souter as he jogged on the street in Washington.” Try as I might, I could not find out the race of those who victimized Justice Souter as he jogged in Washington DC around 9:00pm. A random attack. Robbery was not the motive. Any quesses as to the race of the perpetrators?

  “In 1996, a man snatched Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s purse while she was out walking with her husband and daughter near their home in Washington. Ginsburg was not hurt.” Ditto for this story. Cannot find any mention of the race of the perpetrator. Any guesses here as to the race of the snatcher?

  Since Justice Breyer was victimized in the West Indies, it’s a safe be that the victimizer was a black man.

  I’m do not imply that all black men perpetrate crimes of this nature. What I am saying is that in the vast majority of instances, when I hear of these kind of crimes perpetrated, it is a black man who does the perpetrting.

  This is significant. This is a fact. It’s an important part of these stories that the liberal press would like to bury lest we realize how much crime is perpetrated by black me. These facts should be reported.

  You completely miss the point, my friend. Of course the confederate flag is not recist per se and it represents everything that you say. However, it has become a symbol of racial hatred made so by people who are racist.

  Example – The state of South Carolina included the confederate flag on their state flag for no other reason than to thumb their noses at the school busing law passed to integrate public schools. Of course there are many other examples.

  Unfortunately, folks like you should have spoken up the first time the confederate flag was used as a symbol of racial hatred and folks like you should have spoken up everytime it has been used as such since. I say unfortunate because your silence has essentially condoned its use as a symbol of racial hatred.

  You speak up now which is good but its really too late. The confederate flag is still used by many as a racist symbol and, like you, I think that is a sad state of affairs.

  Wrong. Work hard in school. Get a good education. Get a good job and work hard. Be smart with your money. Then you will own a home, as in paid for, and have a decent nest egg and be able to retire by the time you’re 62. I know. I’ve done it.

  Further, I did it in the last 10 or 15 years. I arrived at age 47 with nothing. I had a good education and I have had good jobs. But I just didn’t see the light. Luckily I caught myself at age 47 and I’m now able to retire in comfort at age 62.

  So DO NOT tell me it cannot be done my friend.
