  Ryan Brus of the Fort Knox public affairs office said.

  Because the concert is taking place on a military installation, it “would be a conflict of interest since the military has the obligation to be apolitical,”

  Hey Ryan the military has the obligation to protect and defend this little thing called the “Constitution” too. I.E. Freedom of Speech.

  So I now believe the military has the obligation not to attend this event at all….let the sound of the crickets rien from the seating area…..so they may ponder just what has happened here in America.

  Who can say “Not in America” anymore. We Need to STAND, one Nation under GOD.

  He has endeavored to encourage the illegal population of these states; and then obstructed the laws for naturalization of foreigners; by refusing to secure our borders, they encourage their illegal migration hither with promises of amnesty, only to be enslaved by having to work illegally in agriculture, and other labor intensive industries for wages so low they cannot breath freedom within the golden door, then to add injury, insult hard working Americans by claiming it is work they will not do.

  He has have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to enforce laws for establishing fair practices in elections, thus encouraging intimidation at voting places.

  They have hired a multitude of new offices, Internal Revenue agents, various Health Care panels, Czars or Presidential advisers, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass or tax the people, and to decide what medical needs the Government thinks adequate, while forcing their participation, and thus eat out their substance.

  They have combined with others to subject us to entitlements foreign to our constitution, while not required be subjected to them themselves.

  They have attemped to suspend our State legislatures and declare themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

  He has refused to abide to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has forbidden governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance.

  He has refused to enforce Federal laws for the protection and security of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish such enforcement to the federal government, a right inestimable to us and formidable to him as a tyrants.

  He has called together judicial bodies to litigate unusual petitions against States in the Republic distant from the depository of Federal jurisdiction, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

  He Has dishonored the reputation of representatives of law enforcement repeatedly, for supposed invasions on the rights of the people. (“the police acted stupidly”)

  He has refused for a long time to accept, in the present conflicts, as enemy combatants. Enemies that come from many nations, wear no uniforms, and use unconventional weapons, whereby giving them rights with powers, to make them incapable of annihilation, they have returned to terrorize the people at large for their exercise; the States remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

  You have the right to be offended only. The Establishment Clause was intended to prohibit the federal government from declaring and financially supporting a national religion.Some governmental activity related to religion has been declared constitutional by the Supreme Court.

  If faith and hope and the values of the Ten Commandments offends you. The people here and in that community of Texas have spoken. People who lack faith offend those who have faith all the time, you don’t see them asking for you to be removed from public property.
