New Less-Redacted FCC Investigation Report on Google ‘Wi-Spy‘ Case Raises ’New Questions’
April 30, 2012 at 10:33am
“FCC‘s investigation found in 2010 that Google’s Street View cars “collected names, addresses, telephone numbers, URLs, passwords, email, text messages, medical records, video and audio files, and other information from Internet users in the United States” as well as Canada and some European countries.
Even so, the fine imposed by the FCC was not over the collection of the data being illegal. It stated since the wireless networks from which the info was obtained were unsecured, it was not an illegal action.”
Not illegal? It should be illegal! Just because I leave my front door open, it does not make it legal for someone to come in my house and steal my belongings.

‘The 1 Percent Criminals’: You’ll Never Guess Where Occupy Wall Street Supporters Held a Recent Conference
March 4, 2012 at 12:08pm
Glenn said a LONG time ago that the 99% was not in America, with “the rich” being the 1%. The 99% movement is global –the 99% is the rest of the world and America is the 1%.
The unions and these idiots protesting for OWS are part of the 1%, as well. They are trying to destroy themselves and this entire country. Some may know that, most probably don’t.

Tech Entrepreneurs Take Caution With Obama’s New Patent Law
September 29, 2011 at 2:14am
I called my “conservative” House Rep for weeks to vote against this GOP legislation that the Heritage Foundation warned them extensively about.
I told him that this bill does NOT protect the individual inventor and will crush the entrepreneurial spirit. He voted against the bill…reluctantly… even though he still does not understand why he did. Clueless!

Update: Charges Dropped Against Prayer and Pledge-Defending Court Clerk
August 4, 2011 at 6:29pm
Not only did they want County Clerk Nichols to exclude prayer and pledge in current minutes, they also wanted her to go into previously approved minutes and remove references to prayer and pledge there as well, which would have been against the law. I applaud her for standing her ground.
