  • Biden is a gaff machine that never breaks down. He shouldn’t be vice president. He shoud be court jester.

  • Nazi’s are on the rise again in Europe and it is sad that there are so few people in the streets protesting. Are they headed for another round of ethnic cleansing, i.e. genocide, at the same time the Iranians have completed their nuclear plant, and the Iranian leaders continue to say they will destroy the tiny country of Israel?

  • This is very troubling. Socialism has obviously taken a strong hold in Israel as well as much of Europe.
So many people, especially in their teens and 20′s, looking for government to solve all their problems and take care of them. They decry the rich, but the more they want the government to do for them the more money it has to take out of the economy, and the harder it is for more people to become middle and upper class.

  • Here is the answer she should have given: Obviously He spoke very forcefully through the weather to Jonah and Noah, but has He done it anytime recently? I would have to say I do not know since I do not know the mind of God. Since the press obviously does not know the meaning of metaphor and allegory I will just have to be more direct in my speech in the future.

  • The second challenge that Huntsman has about Perry is his views on man-made global warming. Perry said in the same N.Y. Times article, http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/08/18/perry-parries-hecklers-in-portsmouth/, that “I think the record is still out on whether global warming is man-made or not. I’m a skeptic.”

This question of if he believed global warming was man-made was from State Representative Robin Read, a Democrat who sits on the New Hampshire Science, Technology and Energy Committee. Mr Perry gave a reasoned response, considering how many scientists have spoken out in the last 5 yrs whom also question mans role in global warming and the number of global warming researchers whose methodology has been challenged .

  • Ever since Huntsman was governor of Utah I knew he was a RINO. Now the rest of the country gets to see it. Mr Huntsman is challenging Perry on statements he made at a single event that was covered by a New York Times reporter. Check this link, http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/08/18/perry-parries-hecklers-in-portsmouth/, about the question and response related to evolution.

Ms Bunce using her son, Sam, to try to hurt Mr Perry with what she believed to be a ‘gotcha’ question about evolution. He gave a very reasonable response since he does not have a biology degree and I assume neither does Ms Bunce. But she was not asking him about his thoughts on micro evolutionary theory, which has clearly been proven by rigorous scientific testing. She was asking Mr Perry through her pawn, Sam, about his belief’s on macro evolutionary theory. This theory includes a belief that the earth is billions of years old and all life on earth has evolved from primordial ooze over hundreds of millions of years. Ms Bunce seems to be unaware that macro evolutionary theory is still a theory because it is still unproven after about a century of research. It is still full of holes and no more proven than creationism theory.

  • David Axelrod and John Kerry this weekend have now blamed the tea party for Friday’s S&P downgrade. I expect throughout this coming week we will see more politicians and members of the media doing the same thing. Let’s hope the american people are really not as stupid as these people think they are. Remember the democrats brought no bill to the floor of the the house nor senate that had 4 Trillion in deficit reduction, but the tea party republicans did help pass a bill in the house that did make that 4 Trillion reduction. The democratically controlled senate voted against that bill because it had too many spending cuts and no tax increases. The democrats wanted tax increases to equal the amount of spending cuts as part of deficit reduction, but does anyone really believe they wouldn’t just spent the new revenue?

  • Unfortunately they are not delusional. The Progressives truly believe Tea Party members are psychotic and close to terrorists.

  • “They are adamant about achieving something that’s unachievable, which reminds us of a couple of things. It reminds us of delusion and psychosis,” Peele stated rather self-assuredly. Psychologist guest believes cutting spending in Washington is unobtainable and Martin Bashir encourages that view. In the view of all Progressives this is what they believe, the idea of really cutting spending is delusional and the tea partiers must be psychotic.

  • Why are most of the media not clarifying that social security checks will not go out only if president Obama and his treasury secretary choose not to pay them? Even with no debt ceiling increase there will be enough revenue coming in from taxes each month to service the current debt, send out social security checks, and pay medicare. The even bigger story that is not being covered is that the democrats have been lying to us about the social security trust fund. If they are saying we have to sell new government debt just to pay current retirees social security checks then the trust fund is already empty.
