  I am a novice to economics as I am a simple carpenter. I have spent the last several years becoming more and more familiar with the state of our economy (the real state). My comment is just a response to the Ron Paul supporters. You will cost your candidate the nomination. The manner in which you defend his views as a whole is hostile and belittling to most people. If a person disagrees with you they are called stupid.

  Do you not see a problem with “This person is the only person that can save us”????? Whats wrong with you. Americans do not need a savior. We need to only educate ourselves better and prepare for the coming storm. Maybe you have all forgotten that there is a house, a senate and a president??? The president can and will do nothing without the consent of 2 houses. Please for the love of God stop idolizing this man. Its as bad as the sheep that voted Barack Obama into the white house.

  The truth of the matter is I agree with Ron Paul 100% of the time when it comes to domestic affairs, the abolition of the fed, and maintain our constitution as it was written. However, I also realize that there evil in this world and it must be confronted when it rears its ugly head. There is no right or wrong answer in many cases as it is a case of personal viewpoints. I agree with much of his foreign policy. However I see no stomach in him to confront and defeat an enemy. There are many like me. Stop chasing them away from your candidate with your zealou

  Maybe all of the ignorant children that are jumping to conclusions both for or against Rupert Murdoch and Newscorp could wait until the investigation gets to the bottom of this.

  For those of you that automatically indicate Mr. Murdoch as culpable and directly responsible for this situation, I suggest you pull your partisan face out of your partisan ass. This is an international company with god knows how many employees etc. I run a small construction company and am often out of the loop about things until they surface. The idea that somehow Mr. Murdoch should have such a tight grip on his company that nothing could get by him is laughable. Try getting out of the basement some time. The real world is not the SIMS despite what you believe.

  Hey Godhead. I realize your blind ignorance is at fault her but if you read carefully you’ll notice this woman is an activist previously arrested for trying to block a foreclosure on a home from taking place. So now that we have established she is clearly on the left please justify your statement. We (conservatives) stand with her based on principle. She has every right to use a privately owned video camera in her privately owned front yard and film a public law enforcement event taking place. That is basic common sense. So If you believe in individual freedom and constitutional rights you are anti cop? If you say one cop is wrong you hate all cops? This is the problem with a socialist mindset. You cannot see one person. All you see are groups of people bundled and packaged into skin color, ethnic background, and religious views.

  Observer how the students behaved when the course was cut? If this was so vital to them why could they not start a club privately to study this? The issue here is more about the fact that this class is being funded by the government. No moneys should be forked into this. No course like this should be taught in a public school. These are view points that you are welcome to subscribe to on your own after doing “your own” research. By the way…….Isn’t it interesting their parents allowed this? I would have grounded my child forever for behaving that way in a classroom. When is the last time we saw a group of kids behave this way when prayer, the bible, the Ten commandments, and other Christian items were outlawed from our schools?

  Obama won by a small amount of the popular vote in 2008. He had no record and the country was blindly clinging to hope and change. Now that Hoax and change has been exposed I completely disagree with you. He has most assuredly lost a large portion of the so called *middle* vote and will have to work very very hard to pull off a win in 2012.

  To further debate this I also stand opposed to your idea that we should moderate our message and candidate to obtain more voters. What America needs right now are leaders. Leaders do not walk to and fro. The walk in a straight line with clarity and conviction. What people need to see is a man or woman of character that leads by example and as Reagan said shows we the people of America with clear and bold colors the difference between his views and that of the current administration.

  We win by winning the other side to our side. Not by blurring the lines and making our argument look weak and poorly thought out in trying to please others. When you believe in something you do not change or moderate it. You speak it and pursue it with passion because the very heart of your being is invested in the message you carry!!.

  I struggle with the idea that you can call yourself a conservative but spearhead a socialized medicine system in your state as governor. As a conservative or libertarian there is and always will be an immediate rejection of any mention of a system of socialized medicine because it stands for the exact opposite of what we do. I believe Romney to be a Rhino and I do not wish to see him elected to office again.
