  Really? Pretty simple reason behind all of this. You will never hear it from a potential politican though. I know a person that owns his own business. When I looked him up on the Secretary of State web site, his business is listed as DBE. When I ask him what that was he told me that it meant Disavantaged Business Enterprise. He listed his business under the ownership of his wife. It means he gets preferential treament on work he bids with the government. Elizabeth Warren is going the same thing. She should just admit it. She needs to come clean and tell everyone that she listed herself as a Native American to impove her chances in life. Then we would all know how she will vote in the Senate. As long as there is something in it for her she is down with that.

  Ep46 and disenlightened you both are very correct. I have thought the same for quite some time. Think about it. If there are ten million small businesses in the US then that is ten million owners that the Feds have to try in control. But if the government can push most of those business out through regulations and the remaining number sell out to large corporations then the number of entities that need to be controlled is reduced. It doesn’t matter which side the politicans are on, they are full of s*** when they say they support small businesses. If they truly wanted small busineeses to succeed they would never support or pass all the burdensome regulations that are so prevalent in all the states in this country. Lets all get involved and stop this assult on our freedoms.

  Very true. I didn’t have the patience or time to read all the descriptives of all 21 points but the first paragragh of some make good sense. If the self serving items were removed from the position of elected offices at all levels then we would actually end up with the best canidate for the job. I have tried very hard to locate a past nationally elected official who has lived their remaining days poor, and yet to find one. None of those bastards can truly say they are there for the good of the people of this country and really mean it.

  Great point. Another thing to ponder. Obama hates the capitalist system. He believes that corporations that make a profit are evil, stole the money, are greedy, and refuse to pay their fair share. Knowing this, I would think that any group that wants to organize not for profit should get a huge green light. After all it is merely just a form of community organizing. Obama would even tell you himself that there is no other occupation that is more noble.

  Point in case. Ther is a lesson to be learned here. A sheep will never fool the wolf by thinking like a sheep. The sheep must think like a wolf if they are to be successful. Our fellow patriots should have never settled on a name like The Ohio Liberty Council. This sends up huge red flags insinuating that such an orginization would promote liberties, defending the constitution and such. A far better name would have been The Green Energy Tea Council. Such a name would have imediately garnished guaranteed loans form the DOE and Obama himself would have arranged a press op to fly to Ohio and tell those folks that they are doing a great job and they are the future of this country. Of course six months later the money could be gone, bankruptcy could be filed, and the organization could reorganize under the new leaner name of The Ohio Liberty Council. Just sayin.

  The Declaration of Independence tells us that as God fearing people of the Americas it is our duty and we must stand and revolt against the government when that governments becomes tyrantical. These people don’t deserve to be tried for any accusations. If an indivdual should be tried for treason and other crimes against the State the government needs to look no further then the White House. Mr. Holder needs to answer for his actions.

  That is a bunch of BS. As Micheal Moore stated, The only age group that voted for Obama was the 18-29 year olds. Micheal needs to check his birth certificate. He falls way out of that age group. The older age groups are experienced in life and educated through the school of hard knocks. Not many people above the age of 29 still hold on to the grand idelogical thoughts that bounce around inside the skull of mush that is still forming during college. The rest make up the base of communist, socialists, and marxist. Also note: LOL Moore looks like Jaba the Hutt sitting there.

  This is pretty cool. All complain about the the possibility of voter fraud yet no steps can be taken to curtail the possibility of it. When a state passes a law to stregthen the voting laws the DOJ files suit against the state before the ink is even dry on the new law. Heaven forbid that the voter be required to show ID, yet proper ID is requred to accomplish a miriade of other tasks. Double standards and hypocrisy run amuck.

  You are correct. The EPA needs to be an enforcement agency, not a regulator. EPA’s purpose is to enforce the laws that are established by the elected officals that represent the people. The relationship between the EPA and the FEDS is exactly the same as the relationship a sheriff has with his community. The sheriff’s duty is to uphold, enforce and defend the laws of the community. Can you imagine how the community would react if the sheriff picked winners and losers by implementing his own regulations? It would be something like this: John Smith would have to pay a fee if he wanted to barbeque in his back yard, but John’s neighbor, Harry would not because he is close friends with the sheriff in addition Harry contributed to the sheriff’s campaign. There can not be an agency that forms policy if they are not beholden to the people. Nothing changes just because EPA originates out of Washington.
