  • Well Ok lets look at this way — first Jesse says it didn’t happen, then he says maybe he should file charges because a crime has been committed. If it didn’t happen, why threaten to file charges?

Ventura simply doesn’t want to admit he got sucker punched

  • >Bible Quotin‘ Science Fearin’ Conservative American < No, not really. If you infuse a strong sense of morality in your child they will not "become whatever they want once they get out from under your roof". They are more likely to be good citizens. You rarely hear of a child brought up in a moral and complete family becoming criminals. And by "complete" I mean a nuclear family with both Mom & Dad where every child is given attention, understanding, love, the parents are involved in their child's life/friends/activities as well as no bad behavior exhibited by the parents. Those children grow up to be productive citizens. Just by the looks of this winner we can see he was not brought up correctly. His "look" says it all. Not a lot of adult supervision in that household. Notice no mention of a mother in the story.

What one generation tolerates, the next accepts.

  • forget Facebook and give Google+ a shot. You have much more control of what becomes public.

  • In the “quantity wins over quality” debate , well that depends on your definition of “quality”. Is it defined by mere construction of the instrument or construction plus capability? Sheer numbers are NO match for a smaller number of highly trained, highly motivated and resourceful band of fighters.

I mean geez, they blew up the Death Star that way.

  • F-You you heartless waste of sperm. I lost 2 friends at the WTC on that day. This wasn’t some accidental car crash and some flowers by the side of the road. Close to 3,000 innoncent people lost their lives that day. Many of those were heroes whose job it was to into the buildings to save lives. This memorial helps people “move on” by having place to come and reflect not only those lives that were lost but on their own. Its a reminder of what was, what has to be and what can never be again.

Shall we do away with the memorials at Auschwitz and Pearl Harbor too.

What a vapid, lonely existence you must have.

  • Watch the video again and you can see the woman (can’t call her a mother) is antagonizing the other woman. She then promptly sprays her in the face with pepper spray. That’s what set the fight off.

The voice you here saying “the baby!” is another passenger. You can see a red-haired women race out the door after the stroller.

If she had just exited the train it would not have happened. I learned a long time ago to not say anything to anyone on the trains. You have no idea what they’re carrying or how crazy they are.

Did anyone else note the time? 9:37AM!

  • Easy answer to your conspiracy – 4 helicopters were used in the raid. 2 touched down and 2 hovered nearby as support. When the one helicopter became disabled the backup flew and was used for transport. You don’t actually think NAVY SEALS go in without backup support and alternate plans should something go wrong? Puhleeze.

It was quite easy for a man to hide (even with dialysis) if he has support from the country he is in at high levels and he does not venture out at all or much. From what we understand now, Bin Ladin had been living there for 5-6 years. He had help from persons inside Pakistan. Consider the neighborhood where the compound was situated. Populated by mostly retired Pakistani military and less than a mile from a military base. C’mon, he had help from Pakistan in some measure. Why do you think they denied us permission to put boots on the ground there. Predator drones can only see so much.

In the end it was enhanced interrogations in Gitmo that gleaned the info they needed to track a courier to this house. Enhanced interrogation policies Obama was against and Gitmo, a facility he wanted to close. Had Obama not actually continued the Bush policies for detainees, interrogations and CIA operations this would NOT have happened.

In the end Obama has to be given credit for doing something Clinton could not – give the go ahead to waste that murderous bastard.

  • What kind of world do we live in where people can rationalize a thought such as “My life is in danger but I’m going to keep filming it”?

My thought it “screw the damn camera, I’m going to save my own life”.

I just don’t get it. But I’m happy these people made it out safe and unhurt.

  • “a liberal online activist group” – aka: 2 wacky Liberals with a computer and an email account.

  • Maher’s point of view comes from being an atheist. He says almost the same thing about the Bible but not in such harsh terms as he did here.

I disagree with Maher 98% of the time but once in a while he shows a modicum of common sense and clarity of thought; like his stance against 9/11 truthers.

Sometimes even devoted Leftists like Maher can see the forest through the trees.
