  The Liberal Elite keep on talking about the 1st amendment rights and how they are there for all of us. It‘s funny that they don’t have the same vigor to defend Christians when it’s their rights being effected. I honestly think people give Muslims all sorts of latitude on things because they are afraid. I personally would rather live on my feet then die on my knees.

  The issue is not the legality of building the Mosque. The issue is the sensitivity of building it where they want it. Many people don’t know that the building in question was hit with a fuselage from one of the planes that hit the towers. It is reasonable for people to consider this particular building as part of Ground Zero. I’m certain this is why this sight was chosen and why this is such a deplorable choice for building a Mosque.

  There is a latin phrase that is part of my personal philosophy which speaks to this issue. Non omne licitum honestum (not all legal things are honorable). Yes they can build it there, but they should not.

  I was thinking earlier today that the Obama presidency may have two very positive effects on America.
  1. Many of our young citizens will seriously reconsider the propaganda they have been force fed throughout their youths and move toward conservative thought.
  2. The population at large seems to be thinking about politics more than they’ve done in a long time.

  We’re no longer drifting carelessly toward a Socialist future. Maybe the Dems were right about us driving the car into the ditch. We were asleep at the wheel.

  Politicians have had prescreening for years. My ex-wife went through actual security checks before going to a rally for George W. during his second presidential campaign.

  What amazes me is how BO’s team has let so many hard hitting questions into these gigs. I find it all very amusing. Obama is making himself look bad. By his own admission, his first 2 years have accomplished 70% of his desired goals reached. He doesn’t need to blame anyone but himself for his failure as President.

  Cheezwhiz, I was thinking the same thing. The Center for American Progress sounds great, just like being progressive sounds like it should be a good thing. Who doesn’t want progress, right?

  It only gets ugly when you peal back the surface to see the money and propaganda generating megalomaniacs like George Soros and Al Gore behind the scenes. We’re not in Kansas anymore.

  Progress is defined, by these thugs, as total government control over the citizens of America.
  No Thanks! If necessary, we WILL fight another war to make sure that doesn’t happen.
