  • That just sent a thrill up my leg.

  • @GoJ,

Dude, I’m with you. Been trying for a while now. At least you‘re not in the People’s Republic of Cleveland. Count your blessings.

  • I get the sense that this guy is going to have his own wing in Hades.

  • It didn’t say gold and silver….it said commodities. In the event of recession, demand for goods goes down. Hence, the demand for raw materials to make goods goes down as well. For example, some say copper is the only metal with a PhD in economics. It is the strongest correlation to the macro health. Utah is a major copper producer (among other states). Washington state and lumber for example.

  • Oil over 100 again. Latest print suggesting deflation….on things you don’t need, but inflation on energy, food, fuel, and clothes. This is what we call biflation, which had been theoretical until now. Yay!!! Everything you need costs more, everything you own is worth less and your wages in real terms are declining.

The Europe thing is far from over. This is just the lull before the storm. Wait until Italy bails. That‘s the one that’s gonna set this whole thing off.

Buy bullets, beans and bullion. Stay safe.

Are those prices good or could a free market do better? Kleptocracy is Kleptocracy no matter who benefits.

I think the point here is that it isn’t (probably never was) about conservative or liberal or right/left. It is about the size and role of government and the liberties that we have as a result. Liberals and Conservatives are guilty of the same crimes. They’d subsidize A and cut B or legalize C and ban D. The other party would do the opposite.

It doesn’t matter what A,B,C,D is. The discussion should be if it is the role of government to subsidize to begin with or to ban things to begin with. THIS is the debate that we should be having. This is the debate that NEVER happens because we start with banning smoking or save the planet debates that go nowhere. We’ve forgotten what a free society looks like and both sides accept a Leviathan in conflict with freedom so long as it serves their ends.

    Both sides are lost.

  • Just wait. Soon you won’t be able to take your business outside. That’s why I always laugh at the “Mexican Wall” folks. LOL. You know that wall works both ways right?

No, he knows what he’s doing. “Directive 10-289″ will be here shortly.

  • @Tuna,

Wow. I feel bad for you. It‘s going to be tough when you realize you’ve been had.

  • Plotting against the government is treason/sedition…agreed. However, if they are being given orders that are unconstitutional (Martial Law) then they have a duty to not obey them.

Now, there will be others who will obey them. They can arrest those that won’t to be court martialed. How do you think those will fare? Point being, that simply laying down arms and refusing to obey isn’t enough. You have a duty to DEFEND the constitution not just refuse to nullify it. That isn’t treason or sedition. It is duty.
