  • Texas Homeowner Guns Down Teen Burglar

    April 10, 2012 at 5:58pm

A 13-15 year old can be just as deadly as an adult. I have a friend in eternal rest that was killed by street kids just like this that beat him to death. Commit a crime – suffer the consequence. I have no sympathy for kids that enter the life of crime. Some of them learn the hard way. Now this homeowner will have to live with this the rest of his life. Chance always favors the prepared.

  • Makes me wonder if Darwin didn’t have it right about evolving from primates. .. . . . . This savage treatment is something you’d expect to see in an uncivilized primate congress of silver backs – not something you’d expect to see in a civilized nation of laws. I wonder if Darwin had any theroies on reversed evolution?

  • His whole life history has been sealed from prying eyes. Nothing is known about this man from his past – yet people blindly voted for him in his bid for the Senate and then next as President. I think there’s a lot of buyers remorse among the American people. Wisdom is not a genetic traight enherited from your parents or from further back in ones geneology. Wisdom is a learned traight – and as a result of this man being elected to the Presidency – I have my doubts about the ability for people to think on their own. Maybe the general population does deserve this man as their President for there is a large portion of our population that cannot think rationally or take care of themselves.

  • His comments have the stench of “the ends justify the means” in spite of what the constitution says. Obama’s statement of “Poor Billy might loose his insurance on his parents policy” doesn’t make the law constitutional. And this President has extreme arrogance when it comes to the Supreme Court Justices. For being a supposal “constitutional scholar” he has let his ideology conflict with the power of reasoned and rational thinking. He wants so bad the authority to regulate and centralize power within the federal government that he will do or say anything to make that happen – even by making threats to the Supreme Court Justices. I say the consensous among the Justices within the closed doors of the Supreme Court has been comprimised somehow and now this President is showing his arrogance once again for the court.

  • One other thing

Homeland Security is wanting to purchase – that sure is an awful lot of ammunition. There are a lot of fools that think gun confiscation can’t happen here in America. Those folks are fools. . . . chance favors the prepared.

  • Molon Labe . . .

  • @gourdy – there are a lot of fascinating episodes in the bible that are backed up by scientific findings. I also find it truely interesting that the information in the bible is cooberated by the same or similar information from other ancient civilizations. Those that have studied the bible, archeology, and other ancient civilizations may very well hold current evolution theroies at an arms distance because to tem the scientific facts aren’t all in yet. I find it a hard pill to swallow with such little evidence that there is only humans that have evolved to the current level of sophistication and not oter species as well if the therory of evolution is fact.

  • Depends on the definition of “science”. Current science follows a specific narative when it comes to “evolution” of man. Things that do not fit the narrative are excluded from the so called scientific findings. Those that research in the tabboo fields are considered nut jobs or fruitcakes. Kinda like dragging 60 ton blocks of rocks with ropes across the desert to build the pyramids. I kinda believe te science isn’t settleded yet in some areas but there are those that want you to swallow it without question.

  • Having seen so many of these “studies” trying to show that conservatives are somehow dumber than liberals – the only thing i can say is I agree in evolution. All liberals still have some of the same characteristics of the monkeys from the local zoos. My fellow conservatives that believe in creationism should concure with that science whole heartedly. Liberals evolved from monkeys and conservatives were fashioned by the hand of God.

  • Seriously – these folks are all scared inside for things they know they’ll have to answer for. They think by speaking out out and making their declarations of “there is no God” that somehow that will become reality. It’s great entertainment. Kinda like a reality show – we could call it “Who’s the biggest dummy”.
