Calif. Atheists Successfully Nudge Out ‘Offensive’ Nativity Display

It’s interesting that an atheist is trying to quote Thomas Jefferson to prove the Nativity scene discriminates. I’m not sure I see how it is discriminating unless the other factions are not allowed equal space and the article seems to indicate that is what is happening. but what is really interesting is that Thomas Jefferson (despite being an atheist) thought very strongly that Christianity should be taught in our public schools!!
