People, Rush did the right thing by apologizing for the choice of words. It was wrong and indefensible by anybody on any side of the political equation.
If you listen to him you will still hear that he thinks she was wrong in her demands, she is a plant of the left, she is a made up controversy, she is… welll a figment of the lefty narrative that once again is exposed to be false.
Rush feels the same way and has now doubled-downed on it. He is just taking ‘slut’ off the table.

Rush apologizes for the word choice in the first and third paragraph. In the middle paragraph he articulates the same position he has had all along. In other words…
Ms Fluke, I apologize for my word choice but you are still wrong in your desire to have your contraception paid for by others.

I woke up and just happened to tune into this interview… I would say they got their butts handed to them but Mika and company had nothing to counter him with… nothing. The comments were weak, the questions were timid… they were hit with intelectual shock and awe. Awesome.
The first two lines – about forgiving Mika for believing the media view of the Cairo uprising, and how can she claim the result was “pretty damn good” when the military has basically committed a coup… duh!

“Approved Sources List” no we do not. But opinion polls can create a circular firing squad. For every poll that rings true for your side, you can find a poll that rings true for their side. We then attack the poll, the pollster, the people believing their poll, blah, blah, blah.
If your are going to make a case for a number of terrorist in the world, then clearly define what you consider a terrorist is. I understand he used the first definition from dictionary.com but he also set himself up for those to use the number two definition – “2. a person who terrorizes or frightens others.”
He set himself up by not making a rock solid case for the definition of terrorist, and Glenn used a very large number that can easily be attacked diminishing his authority on the subject at hand. Also take a look at the number of people attacking Fareed and CNN… the arguement is lost when you do that and the focus is off the subject – a valid number of Isalmic terrorist in the world.
