  • OSHA and the unions are working together in my town. I recently completed a commercial project that convinced me of that. When I started the project, I had 2 visits from the local carpenters union who were upset that we were going to use a “nonunion” Drywall Contractor. I’ve used them on many jobs in the last 20 years and they have an impeccable record of Safety and Quality. Shortly after the 1st visit, I was turned into OSHA by an “anonymous” party and visited by 2 OSHA investigators. Upon completion of the investiagtion, (no violations were issued) the jobsite was picketed by the carpenters union. (imagine how suprised I was!) When the picketing did not produce any results (union memberships) for the thugs, I recieved another unannounced visit from OSHA, only this time it was considered a “random” visit (I am sure no one turned me in) and this subcontractor was fined $3500.00 for not having an MSDS sheet for a tube of caulking. (MSDS, is material safety data sheet, explains what chemical content is in the material). In all my years in this business, I have only had OSHA on one of my job sites 3 times in 30 years. This was a very small commercial construction job and they showed up 2 times in 1 month. Go figure.

  • There is truth in all humor, unfortunately, there is far more truth than humor in his little routine.

  • Dear FBI:

If you go to Mom’s basement, you will find several children, taking a break from their recent protesting, who need their priviliges taken away and should be grounded from the new computer mommy got them for Christmas. While you are there, why don’t you get the password to China and take some hacking lessons.

  • Yeah, true story.

  • If this was a viable project that had true potential of making money, don’t you think the casinos in Las Vegas would have done this already? They wouldn’t need government money to make this happen! This is crony capitalism to the highest degree. Notice that Marnell and Rogich are Republicans for Reid. Both parties are the real criminals in getting this jerkwater reelected. The pay for play rules in Chicago also apply in Las Vegas and Reid is up to his neck in this. The unions win, the lobbyist win, the politicians win. No matter that the project will not make money, they can go back to the pig trough and get more. This is pathetic!!!!!

  • I have lived in NV for 34 years and watched a gentle unassuming man turn this state from an independent conservative beacon of private enterprise into a duplicate copy of the socialist model of California. This one, formally honest individual, has sold his soul, and convinced some of the most influencial conservatives in this state to buy into the political dialogue that he has been corrupted by since he has been elevated to a tenured position as the leader of the senate (emphasize the decapitalization of this position) He did not earn his position because of expertise, he earned it by tenure (much the same as a union leader). As he rose in postion, the so called, powerful leaders of the private enterprise machine that has made Nevada a great economic engine, bought into his rise in position and honestly believed that his power and influence would benefit Nevada. Case in point…….Steve Wynn……NV Energy…..MGM……and a list too long to even mention. The state legislature is now a mirror image of the California model of failed government. I don’t have to show you the statitics on how bad this state was decimated as a result of the down turn. Fostered by Reid and his left wing associates. We are now become a swing state, only too willing to fall to far left politics because of Reid. All of the free enterprise giants of this state have been duped by a weak individual, in a powerful position, who supports the same groups that will elect him to destroy our way of lif

  • Don’t forget advanced degrees in Puppeteering, Fingerpainting, Musicology (WTF,?????) and Goat Herding. Liberal Arts…….no wonder they can’t find a job.

  • ……..and people with no money, no job and no collateral borrow from the bank. Of course they won’t be able to pay the loan back…..but hey…….free enterprise is making a come back in Looney Town.

Phase 1:In 1969 you had Woodstock, free love, drugs, communal living and an identical movement of ideolgues that surely had a better idea about how the country should emulate their utpoian ideas. Look at the squaler and destruction these people create and leave behind and compare that to any Woodstock film clips and you see it is exactly the same.Phase 2: Next came Altamont, where it quickly turned ugly and murder ensued. Eutopia got ugly quick. Then came the death of Hendrix, Joplin, Morrison and an endless list of their so called leaders, exemplifying this idealistic free for all lifestyle, all ruled by sex, drugs and rock and roll. That was the only clear message that they believed in. Phase 3: The dream finally dies with the rise of Charles Manson, the needless killings caused by this manical madman and it becomes extermely clear how easy it is to influence young ignorant minds that have no moral direction. These kids are influenced by a University system filled with the same Communist “intellectuals” that embraced the Woodstock generation and want to pass down the torch to another generation of the failed efforts of 40 years ago. It didn’t end well then, and I doubt it will end well now. All liberal arts college courses are filled with PC, social engineering, enviornmentalism, socialism, communism and social deviance and eqiup these mindless twits with useless degrees designed to destroy the moral fabric of this country. The real enemy: Universities.

  • What next? Are they going to bring a car door so they can roll the window up when it gets to cold?
By the way, Do the union plumbers in that town know these people are trying to install a sink? They need to protest the protestors for taking away their job!!
