  Well that is almost poetic justice right there. But a bigger question is why is this aids infected immigrant allowed to stay in the USA. I would think having aids should disqualify you from immigrating here. Or is that just too much common sense. I wish this immigrant well, but americans have their own sick whom are in need of treatment, and at a time when we are going bankrupt, does it make sense to bring in people who have deadly, transmissable and expensive to treat diseases.

  I am a law and order guy, but that was excessive force. She was not resisting, she posed no threat. The officer had just arrived and was calling for her to stop while she was walking away. She looked like she was in the process of turning to see who was telling her to stop and before she had a chance to comply, she was tackled in an unnecessary way.
  The police are there to assess a situation and protect citizens. This officer showed poor judgement in this case.
