  Let’s talk about FL and the election, why weren’t the ballots turned in on time? How come no matter how they counted them Bush ended up with the majority, how come the election was called 2 hours early in many districts?   Isn’t this assault & battery? Assault is an action towards a person that causes fear, and battery is if that action touches the other person. Throwing a condom is assault, it hitting someone is battery, and this is against minors. Why isn’t someone sueing the protestors or the police for allowing it to happen?
