  • What a despicable person. Hopefully the FBI or some other law enforcement agency gets enough evidence to have him and his friends arrested, tried and convicted for stalking, harassment, filing false police reports etc.

  • I‘ve always found it interesting how Google uses technology to take a snapshot of what seems to be on people’s minds at various given times.

It’s pretty darn cool what you can do with technology these days.

  • The war on drugs has been a disaster for two decades. Google “prohibition”.

  • This isn’t a new tactic. It’s used to be called “plata o plomo” (silver or lead) now it’s “silencio o plomo” (silence or lead). It’s gotten worse… at least they used to pay you to look the other way.

I don’t see how this is shocking to anyone.

  • GINGERBREAD: Exactly right.

BRYAN B: Sometimes sarcasm is hard to pick up in text, but if you’re not being sarcastic… you’re a nut.

  • “won’t be allowed as evidence in their case against him for conspiracy to distribute marijuana. Why? They tracked Robert Dale Lee car using a GPS device installed without a warrant.”

Good! Cops, DEA doesn’t matter. The law is the law and this evidence was obtained ILLEGALLY.

Also this reminds me of a headline from the Onion 10 years back or so. It was in huge letters and said “DRUGS WIN WAR ON DRUGS”.

Personally, I used some drugs when I was younger. I don’t recommend that people follow in my footsteps, but we waste hundreds of billions of dollars a year on the War on Drugs, prosecution and incarceration of non-violent offenders who become violent while incarcerated and are much more of a threat to society once released than they were before they went in.

Department of Corrections: the ultimate oxymoron.

  • The lady in the video has a good point about how Pit’s have a bad reputation that is not deserved.

Also, who the heck hits a dog and doesn’t stop?

  • The Judge is correct here, in my opinion.

There’s nothing seditious or dangerous to the public about this image.

Slander? Defamation? Nah. As pointed out in the article it’s too over the top for anyone to actually believe.

Besides, what’s funny to one person is not to another. Some people found the cartoons of Muhammad to be hilarious while others wanted to murder the artist. I’m sure some liberals are yucking it up about this. Like the late George Carlin said “…besides who‘s to say what’s funny?”

Is this crude and disgusting? Yes. Actionable in court? No. As MRBUTCHER pointed out: “Satire is meant to provoke. Humor is a secondary concern.”

  • Oh please, the reason they did this is because they knew they’d draw a reaction and get publicity but there was a 0.0001% chance of violence over this.

If you did this to Michele Obama or her daughters your building would burn and you’d be murdered.

Violence is a main characteristic of the far left, restraint is a characteristic of most of the right.

…with the exception of far right militia types, but those people don’t know who Cupp is, nor would they care about this issue if they did. They’re too busy hating Jews, blacks, hispanics and other non-whites to care about Hustler.

Even the violent lunatics on the far right don’t murder political opposition; they’re too busy plotting to kill other people for no apparent reason.

  • So let me understand this.

If I buy a house for $250,000 and then rent it out for $1200 a month to people who can’t afford to pay $250,000 right now… some how I’m a bad person for putting a roof over their head at a price they can afford?

Or are you saying I AM a bad person unless I buy the house, rent it to them for free and pay all their utilities as well?
