Apparently, yes-you did? But then you also must have missed the part about drugs being illegal and wasted your parents money on college too-Just outside of Charlestown, two British soldiers stopped him at a roadblock and grabbed the reins of his horse. The roadblocks were to prevent colonists from communicating with each other and to try to capture Hancock and Adams. He kicked one of the soldiers in the face and spurred forward, escaping capture. He arrived in Lexington and warned Hancock and Adams of Gage’s offensive movement and plans. He continued his ride on to Concord, where he was to warn the Patriots of the attack.

Just outside of Lincoln (before reaching Concord), Revere and Dawes were confronted by another British roadblock. Dawes got away and Revere was captured. During his interrogation by the British, he told the British a lot of information about their own mission, some of which those particular British soldiers didn’t even know! He also told them he had been riding around the countryside informing the Patriots of the British plot and that the British were at severe risk if they remained in the vicinity. He was bluffing of course, but with enough truth in his statements to make it very believable.

A short time later Revere and his British captors heard a shot. Revere told them that the shot was a signal to alarm the country and the militia will be ready to mount their own attack. A few short minutes after his explanation of the shot, a volley of musketry

  • Oh my Good Golly, Boy ,am I enjoying this. I really hope Sarah plans to do this at each and every stop. Do it Sarah-it is crystal clear that she has been underestimated. I am convinced that she researched very, very carefully prior to planning out her bus tour. Should I be so inclined to trap up a couple of journolistic idiots, I would play a game of cat and mouse exactly like she is playing. First – don’t tell what your plans are-leave the make believe media completely out of the loop-CHECK. Second, since no plans have been published the media AND the faux protesters can’t be there for the evening news to hone in on-GENIUS-CHECK, Third-sneak off out a back door and make them look like paparazzi-CHECK, and lastly,Fourth-make purposely vague statements that you just know the idiots in the press will crow about, give them a day or two to seal the deal, and then have your words proven to be correct, thusly making fools out of those who foolishly gloated (ahem-Bill Maher, anyone) CHECK and CHECK. Brilliant, I am on pins and needles just waiting to see what else she has up her sleeve. i JUST CAN’T WAIT FOR THE DEBATES,HAHAHAHA! ahhhh, laughter is good for the soul after all.

LOL, I am assuming you are at least semi literate and able to type(one never knows with today’s school systems), Type G O O G L E into your address bar (that’d be the bar at the top of the page). Then type P A U L R E V E R E in the search bar-that’s the rectangular box(word too big?-long box then). Please read the entire story (hint- this should take at the least five minutes, assuming once again ,that your attention span can handle it), then sweetie, feel free to come back over and fill us all in on your new found knowledge(there I go with the big words again- uh, let’s see how about info-remember -keep it simple stupid) Go along now little lemming….

you need to read history sweetie-Google is your friend and even your apparently sub par intelligence can grasp typing out G O O G L E . type it just so, then enter P A U L R E V E R E … I am hoping you are more than a little literate and capable of reading what i have written, one never knows with today’s school system. However, once you have done as instructed, assuming your attention span can last that long, perhaps you can come on back over and do tell about your new found knowledge. Go along now little lemming.
