  Omitted from Story: The guy Clement was kissing was some 30 year old man. I assume this was NOT a student, but some pickup.
  The whole thing needs to be overturned. If being gay is SO wonderful, why is there an inherent shame which is strong enough to purportedly send one to suicide? He was a mess because the lifestyle is a mess. Plop that down in a testosterone-rich dorm environment & one is asking to be made fun of, at the minimum. This backhanded assigning of blame is leading the legal system into some though police area that to date has been resisted to a large extent.

  Yes, Hoover is made fun of – but imagine a person whose career spanned from the late 1920s into the early 1970s & how the world/country changed. It was a miracle that he did such a good job for so long, esp. thru WWII. Now silly sexual fantasies are made up about him (cross dressing) because he was SOLELY dedicated to the importance of his job.
  OTOH Beck consistently overlooks the numerous/creepy sexual escapades of MLK Jr. It is maddening that he decided to call Gov. Mark Sanford oF So. Car a dirtbag because the old fool fell in love with a younger beautiful woman. If that makes him a dirtbag, what does that make MLK & his repeated near-orgies with (white) prostitutes (& alleged penchant for beating them up physically). I believe Rev. Ralph Abernathy wrote about it, but that was written off to senility. (And Coretta did forgive him for something he did!) A lot of this comes form Beck‘s friendship with MLK’s wonderful niece.

  I guess neither of you can remember her RUINING her sitcom in its last season with “I’m gay” proclamations all over the show. Her supporting cast was funny, but her verbal mannerism humor got tedious – still she KILLED her own show with the GAY all the time crapola. Also remember her Mother on TV a lot with the friends of LGBT. So she is NOT the one who does NOT push her activism; she did it in spades in the beginning. In some ways she’s more insidious. She is just playing it safe as to not lose a lucrative TV show again. But I guess if Rosie is your measuring stick..

  It is always said that if men get Viagra, women should get birth control. Viagra is for erectile DYSFUNCTION (health problem, when something is NOT working correctly). Birth control is to keep a properly operating reproductive system from functioning as intended. It is NOT a health issue in & of itself. That distinction should clarify that these are NOT equivalent health issues! Justify it some other way….

  Ann Rice is trying to be fashionable or whatever. If she thinks she can be a Catholic & be pro-abortion & pro-gay lifestyle, then she did NO investigation into the Church whatsoever. All the talk of “spiritualism” is nonsense. Those people sprang up & literally believed in elves & fairies in the early 1900s & were dupes of fake photos & videos. Standing on your own (reading of the Bible & such) without the aid of centuries of learned holy men is foolishness. The road to self-deception is too easy.

  Actually unfaithfulness to his wife is something Jesse shakes with MLK Jr. Ralph Abernathy (& the FBI) knew about it), & Coretta supposedly forgave him. Jesse had to get caught with a love child (while “counseling” Bill Clinton on interns, no less).

  Brewer says that she talks with her hands & make all sorts of hand gestures. If there is a video (instead of a this possibly selected specific news photo), we can verify that.

  Robert is totally right. This is not impressive at all. Only a little significant because of her age. Nearly any decent guy who works out a good bit squats 130% of his body weight, if not more. Looks like a hyped article by someone who knows little about weightlifting, much less powerlifting. Deadlifts are even easier….

  Sheen goes on the list of cafeteria Catholics (Pelosi, loathsome Kennedys) whom the media constantly write are “devout,” but they are in fact espousing positions contrary to Church law/teachings. GIANT Hypocrisy all around. They should be denied the sacraments until they change their positions. Otherwise we’ll see how “devout” they are outside the Church.
