  This training has been going on for years. Same guys that flew in Somlia and that flew the teams in for Osama. These guys get good by doing the real training. They work with the Chicago PD for tactics in an urban environment.

  Sorry Luke but the three branches were created equal to give balance to government. If what you said was true then congress could pass a law disbanding the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch for that matter. Obama thought that by having both the House and Senate it allowed him the ability to pass what ever law he wanted with no checks. The Judicial Branch is getting ready to fulfill the duties it was created to do; weigh the Constitutionality of a bill that was passed into law.

  This is not in anyway to do with the Obamacare law. I think this is the furthest step Obama took away from being an elected leader and assuming the role as a ruler. This was Obama’s version of OWC but it was occupy the judicial system by majority voter rule versus constitutional rule. I don’t think this three page letter is an explanation but rather the judges drawing a line in sand; will Obama stay within the Constitution guidelines or step outside of the Constitution. I don’t think anyone doubts that Obama has been undermining the fundamentals of this country since he took office.

  The Supreme Court’s decision is not activism. It is the Judicial Branch’s duty of Checks and Balances to weigh the constitutionality of laws and decide to either allow them or repeal them. Obama knows this and is activating the bully pulpit to deter the justices from determining a finding against his healthcare law.

  So the plan is to dissolve all parties of accountability rather then holding both of them equally responsible. Why does it seem that we are making the act of sex as mindless as possible? Huffington post has even been debating what issues prevent the legalizing of incest between consenting adults. Some people would have you believe the slippery-slope is just a phrase.
