  The San Jose Mercury News reported that they found her DNA in his car and his car was seen in the area of her disappearance by 3 different witnesses.

  When will the media start talking about the truth that this Fluke chick lied in her testimony to Congress? She has previously stated that she researched the issue of whether or not Georgetown paid for contraception before going there and specifically chose to go there to fight this fight.

  Sad that the guy was injured but one thing strikes me as odd, but the police warned everyone to disburse and they refused. Then the crowd began pelting the police with rocks and bottles and at one point even had a group of 7-10 officers surrounded which prompted a response. His room mate and a friend both say the hospital let them know the extent of his injuries and condition? Hospitals are normally only give this information to direct family members and not to someone who knows the guy. Something doesn’t seem right here.

  So first Obamacare is declared unconstitutional by the Federal Court and Obama ignores it and continues to implement it. Now he has unilaterally declared a law that has been on the books for 15 years unconstitutional despite the fact that no Federal Court has made such a finding. For someone who claims to be a lawyer he sure doesn’t follow the rule of law.

  I agree. The gov said that if they didn’t pass this bill then 6,000 would be laid off. I say do it. And start with all of the teachers who pulled this sick out only to go protest.
