  • High tech and versatile guns can give an enemy a slight edge but they are still using standard ammo and there is still a human behind the sights with emotions and other thoughts. My only concern is that it is small but still packs a heck of a punch.

  • First let me say this: We pray for her recovery and happy life. So many have posted theories about what happened but they are only theories. Next: it is a terrible accident and I‘m grateful that she didn’t die, as I’m sure her family is, hopefully we as passengers and operators of aircraft remember this the next time we fly passengers or are around prop planes.

My problem is that society will seek to assign blame in this situation when in fact there may be none to place on anyone. This type of thing occurs everyday and no one considers it but we should think of it as a learning situation as we consider and pray for her situation.

  • Workaholic might have been a better word there. ;)

  • Hello, My name is ….. SJ and, ummm, I am not an Occupier and ,umm, I have no regrets that I have a job.

  • @catb Its been tried in the past that is why if you buy a home with any restrictions you are required to sign that you agree to adhere to their rules and thus they are not unconstitutional. However unfair they may seem they do serve a purpose and in many cases serve that purpose well and with good intentions. This HOA was a voluntary one and thus cannot be forced to abide by their rules. If it was truly mandatory then the title company is liable and should pay all lawyer fees. Any way I look at this there is no reason why these two individuals should pay anything and I’m sure there are good lawyers out there that will take the case assuming that his/her costs are part of the damages being sought.

  • First let me say that the trailer seems to portray not only the work these great men do but the emotional aspect of what they do and how their family is effected, so I applaud the movie and will see it. Second I would venture that the seals that were allowed to participate in the movie are either in training positions, not in active field duty or their faces have been covered. Third: any technology exposed is something that would be considered common knowledge and already known by our enemy although perhaps not by our public.

Watch these boys do what they do and be thankful they do it then be proud that our country and parents can make men with such honor and skills. Without men like this we would not have our freedom and without our freedom we would not have men like this. Thank every solder you meet for their service as you do not know what they do but you do know one thing: THEY SACRIFICE FOR YOU AND YOUR FREEDOM. HOO-RAH!

  • This act was not intended to steal the bike this was simply very bored revelers who happened to find an axe nearby. Look at the first person that took the bike… He put it back. I have a feeling that the bike was a casualty of a different motive. Judging by the traffic on the cross street I would guess that it really had something to do with observation rather than the theft of the bike. I think I saw ‘stuff’ change hands at least twice during that video.

  • This is a country built by emigrants and so is our language. American English is one of the hardest languages to learn because of that. Refusing service to individuals that cannot communicate is an issue but certainly not beyond his rights and I support him. Refusing service to those that choose not to communicate is their own damn fault and to hell with them. Expecting us to be able to communicate with them is just stupid no matter where you are and posting a sign telling them that the staff cannot communicate in other languages is more than fair.

  • When you are on a bike you have to remember that everyone else is out there with just one goal: to kill you! In this case there were two of them the one in front and the one behind. Lucky guy.

  • Give me a white LED bulb for $15 that will work with my current dimmer control and I’ll buy a dozen. I use white LEDs everyday but the price prevents me from lighting my house with them. LEDs cost a 10th or less to operate and generate little heat when used properly.
