This Girl Scout Is Calling for a Cookie Boycott Over the Inclusion of a Transgender Child
January 12, 2012 at 6:06pm
The Girl Scouts were originally created because girls weren’t allowed in the Boy Scouts. So, in order to provide girls with the same experience (but tailored for girls), the Girl Scouts were created. So, if any transgendered kids want to have similar experiences, why can’t there be an organization for them? I’m sure that their experience will be different from the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, but that doesn‘t mean that all three groups can’t work together. Each group gives their members something that they can feel proud in, and by working together, they can learn how to work with others that aren’t like them (you know….tolerance).

European Union Regulators Ban Children’s Toys, Blowing Up Balloons

Sounds like the Humanoids are here from Wing IV and are implementing their rules to keep us safe from ourselves. (See “Humanoids” by Jack Williamson) Or the Progressives read that story and thought it was a “good idea”.
Manufactured Madison Moments: SEIU Storms WA Capitol And Invades The Governor’s Office & Protests Chase Implementing Steve Lerner’s Economic Terrorism Plan Exactly
April 10, 2011 at 8:24pm
It would figure the “Greeners”* would be joining in with the unions on this. As for the fact that they (the unions) are going against the Democrats (in this state at least), well that seems to go along with what Mr. Beck said about them starting to eat each other. It was all “sunshine and lollipops” when they did the union’s bidding, but now that the hard work needs to be done (and it’s being done, with reluctance), they have turned on them. Welcome the “me” generation’s legacy.
(*For those of you who aren’t from this area, “Greeners” is a term given to the students from the Evergreen State College. It is because they tend to get involved with environmental causes and/or go down the “hippy dippy trail”.)
Manufactured Madison Moments: SEIU Storms WA Capitol And Invades The Governor’s Office & Protests Chase Implementing Steve Lerner’s Economic Terrorism Plan Exactly

Dang Nabbit!! First their policies make this state (WA) so paid financially that they are now cutting services (some of which should be cut, others that shouldn’t). But now they have the nerve to protest to say they can’t cut these very services which is strangling our state!?! Don’t they realize that they mess that has been created by the progressive left now has to be cleaned up? The voters here made sure that the clean up started with spending cuts when we voted to NOT increase our taxes last Nov. Now their upset because the state has to reduce its spending because there is no more money coming in from us taxpayers. I swear these people would complain if they were hung with a new rope!! They complain because they don’t want be taxed more, then they complain because there has to be spending cuts.
My dad is losing his job due to these spending cuts, but you don’t see me complaining. Am I sad because of it? Yes. Angry? A bit. But I‘m not down there making a horse’s a$$ of myself because of it. I knew it would be a possibility when I voted NO for the tax increases. So did my dad.
Here’s an idea…instead wasting all that energy in getting ticked off at the state for doing what needs to do (like cut its spending), how about you figure out what you could do to get your business going/or to continue once you don’t have the state helping you? Ever think about that?
Was it Wrong for This Girls Basketball Team to Win 108-3?
January 25, 2011 at 3:28pm
Question: Why should they have to apologize for playing so well? I don’t get it. It could have been the other team just had a bad night and the scores reflected that. The next time they meet, it could go the other way around. This makes no sense to me whatsoever.

I-Spy: Rutgers Suicide Focuses Attention on Dark Side of Social Media

While this is such a tragic loss, I can’t help but wonder if this story would have made the news if the kid involved was heterosexual. My guess is that it would not. Only his family and the school would know of this tragedy.
What those two people did in broadcasting a private moment was indecent. It doesn’t matter who you are, no one deserves to have their private moments broadcast for the whole world to see. Plain and simple.
Imam TV Shock: Moving Mosque Would Endanger U.S. Troops
September 9, 2010 at 10:57am
So let me get this straight. He says the GZ mosque shouldn’t be moved because it would send a message to the Islamic world that the radicals have taken over the discourse. Another words, the radicals would have won the battle.
Now…according to those who follow Radical Islam, “radicals” are those how are opposed to anything Islam. And right now those who oppose Islam are Christians, Jews, and moderate Muslims. So Christians, Jews, and moderate Muslims are “radicals”.
So, if the mosque were to be moved, then that means that the MAJORITY of AMERICANS (who are comprised of said “radical” group) would win this debate (and they don’t get to keep their little trophy). It would also mean that they (Radical Islam followers) would have lost a battle. (And they don’t seem to like that too much now do they?)
So…in the “interest” of “peace”, they should be allowed to keep their little trophy and we should just shut up about it. Right?
I DON’T THINK SO!!!!! This “radical” says to move that mosque somewhere else.
Florida Church Vows to Burn Koran Despite Plea From Petraeus
September 7, 2010 at 9:52am
How would they like it if someone burned the Bible? I think they would be outraged. I know I would be. Well, so would Muslims if the Koran is burned. As far as I am concerned, there are certain things that should be off limits. Religious relics being one of them. You may not agree with it, and may think it is evil, but others may have the same view about your religion/beliefs. Violence begets Violence. How about we try Peace begets Peace?
