  Pointing out that a behavior is wrong is not bigotry. If bigotry can be used to lable things people disagree with — then nothing is wrong. But I guess that is your point — no standards against any behavior

  Whether people live by the teaching or not, does not invalidate the teaching.

  Institutions of the church should always hold up the ideal.

  Her forgiveness from the church, or from God is not dependent upon her employment. She can be fired and still forgiven for the behavior.
