  • First off, Twitter is a free service, and it’s not by the letter – unless you’re doing it from your mobile phone and even then, a tweet is all text – uses a fraction of a data plan. Photos and videos would eat away at that data plan. Twitter limits each post to 140 characters.

My Facebook (and MySpace when I had it) remained spam free. If you saw spam, you or your friends may have fallen for a scam and had your account compromised. Changing passwords usually fixes that. You may have also used a non-secured Wi-Fi connection and someone was scanning the signal as you used it.

I’ve never been hacked, and my home Wi-Fi restricts access based on the MAC address of the hardware (an address unique to each device – only the devices I allow can even connect to it. Replace a broken Wi-Fi card and I have to give that new card permission before it can do anything.)

For the record, older people are on Facebook because it’s an easy way to stay in touch and share photos with friends and relatives out of state. New baby in the family – post pictures and share with any family member who’s online. …and you can limit access to only certain people. Easier than sending individual emails and no postage involved. However, I am a big believer in sending actual cards and letters from time to time. For instant family news, the online services are great. My dad goes to the ER, and I can tell everyone. I can still call people, but I don’t have numbers for all of my relatives.

  • There are some nice comments here, but in general, I still can’t believe how much hate there is out there. …or is it from reading all of those negative articles all day long with no balance of uplifting articles that causes one to be negative about everything. An uplifting article spoils that frame of mind.

Also, get your facts straight – He’s a British actor. He’s not part of Hollywood. The movies were not shot in the US.

He was nude on stage because that’s what the play called for.

There are more positive comments than I normally find, but I need to stop reading comments on articles. Too much hate – everywhere, not just The Blaze.

  • @Robert Hawk

That passage is about greed, not wealth. You can be wealthy and still worship Christ. If you’re greedy, you’re worshiping the dollar and trying to get more and more – like an addiction.

  • Once again I’m amazed at how pushy some can be with their beliefs. Just leave her alone and allow people to believe what they want. Show some tolerance. I guess you’re blind to your actions. I’m Christian, but I’m not comfortable at any church because of how pushy and forceful some Christians get. Some of you sound as if you won’t tolerate someone with different beliefs or different points of view. What happened to freedom of religion? …while many here want to convert others. There‘s no freedom of religion if we’re hounding others to change their beliefs.

I need to stop reading the comments here. May have to stop reading The Blaze because of the temptation to read the comments.

  • This is nothing new for us in north Scottsdale (north of the 101) – protect the dog from hawks and bobcats. …although we haven’t seen the bobcat in a long time. More of a problem a few years ago. The bobcat even used our pool.

  • I don’t see the word “gay” anywhere in the article. …and there are plenty of people who gets jealous if someone simply speaks to their partners. I’ve seen boy-friends get jealous over someone asking his girl-friend for directions. Nothing was said about flirting, just talking.

  • I need to stop reading comments here. They sometimes bug me more than the news itself. The hatred and intolerance flowing here is incredible at times. Not very Christian if you ask me.

Look at the book UnChristian then look in the mirror. Although I think he ended up disproving most of the points he was trying to prove, it does discuss why people turn away from Christianity. I’ve experienced most of the examples the author described and see alot of it here. …but remain Christian. I just refuse to join any of the churches around me for the reasons in the book. Too much hatred, intolerance, and a better than thou attitude here. Alot of you do it without realizing it. Although I’ve experienced that last item in several places, it also goes with living in a snobbish neighborhood so it’s doubled here.

  • Actually, just put him on public display like in stocks and see what happens. You wouldn’t need to arrange anything.

Does anyone read anymore?? I’m seeing more and more comments on articles that prove people are just speaking their mind and making assumptions about what the articles are saying. At least here we could blame hormones for distracting some people.

    In reply to loadingmyclips.

The problem was they didn’t get permission to do any kind of photo shoot within the school building. …and if you read the article you’d know that.
