  The insanity here is that the Gov’[t Fish an Wildlife worker felt compelled to get a Tooper to issue a ticket for something that had been handled by a simple conversation. This folks is the problem with Law Enforcement – they have given up on the old axiom of “To Protect and Serve” and have gone to the belief that everyone in the country is bad and should be dealt with without any common sense – “To Compel and Arrest” seems to be the most reflective way to see Law Enforcement today…. 4-6 cops show up to arrest almost anyone – Tasers are the first thing the officers go to, and any rational talk between a cop and anyone is gone – they have become just another “cog” in the machine of “cite the person and send them to court – let the judicial system figure it out – overloaded and behind systems create fear and disrespect for both the cop and the “system”. And we all wonder why “our society has gone to hell in a handbasket”. The “PEACE OFFICER” has been replaced by the “ENFORCEMENT OFFICER”… Common sense has been shelved for convience and fear of an over litigous society and laywer who think it’s great to go to court and try to create new law.

  Can‘t believe that anyone can’t just have some fun with discouse – someone can always take anything and make it into some horrid thouoght or meaning – now we all know that it would be an extremely rare instance for anyone to be fool enough to mean a literal translation for those ugly words – that’s the poiint of the ugliness – just get the protesters out of the Capitol..Just so you all know Police, and other Security ALWAYS loead up with live ammo when they are at work – firing this guy demonstrates a lack of rational thought by his boss and should never have happened. Just a little note in the file to show he was “talked to” would have been sufficient.. That’s all a Union Member would get – 2.5 years larter after all the hearings…

  Better hurry while you’re still getting the Union Dues money to support your Dems – Just think how hard it will be to try to get your Union Menbers to voluntarily donate the same amount if they have to write out their own checks to the Union… Oh Oh they won’t send in much now will they – Holy Mackeral Dems you won’t have a 900 Billion war chest for this upcoming election – then let’s see how good you do…

  This is all about the Democrats desire to keep the Union money flowing to their parties bank accouonts every election. I know many teachers who do not support Dem candidates but who are required to ahve their Union Dues used for such support – so this bill just gives them the right to have that support.. Once this passes – if the Unions feel so strongly that all of the employees desire to do what they have been having done to them – giving money to the Dem’s – they should make up Union Dues billing cards that have the amounts separted on the card – ie Union Reprtesentation for Wages and Benefits = $24.00
  Union Members Voluntary Contribution other Uses = $60.00
  Amount Paid = $______
  Let’s just see how much they get sent in…I am laughing already…

  Weel to get the check they certainly have to be in person but it would be absolutely “nuts” to be paying them any “per diem” while they were out of State and not doing their job at all. If they were to desire that they should be charged with FRAUD.. Any other employee who walked off their job and remained off the job without a reasonable reason – other than – “I don;t like what you’re doing”..would be terminated. I believe that the State Attorney General should check the Statutes and see if they can be aumatically set up for recall elections due to their “abandonment” of their constituents.

  I think that the 9th curcuit should take a look at any of our currency and the etching above the Speaker’s podium in the House of Representatives. “IN GOD WE TRUST”, seems to be pretty clear that our country was founded with Judeo-Christian values and a clear identifier of that view is the Cross. At some point we have to stop with some twisted PC view of society. NO_ONE has any right not to be “offended”, and if you can’t be an adult and ignor offensive items you come in contact with in life you should get a bunker and just not got out in public EVER.
