  • During that session, she said she saw two people on the ground immediately after the shooting and was not sure who was on top, Zimmerman or Trayvon.[...]

Six days later, however, she was sure: It was Zimmerman on top, she told trial prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda during a 2 1/2-minute recorded session.[...]

Well, that will take about 30 seconds of cross examination to blow up. “Ms. X, when you first interviewed with the police 3 WEEKS AFTER the incident you claimed you didn’t know who was on top. 6 days later you claimed Zimmerman was on top. Tell me, how is it your memory improves over time? Can you tell me anything else about that day since the details must be much clearer now that more time has passed? Finally Ms. X, where you lying to the police then, or are you lying now?”

And I’m not even a lawyer!

  • O’Reilly is nowhere near a conservative. He is fairly liberal and naive. If you‘ve read any of his books you would quckly find that if you’re a conservative, you disagree with him more than you agree with him. He’s pro gun control, against the death penalty, wishy-washy on gay marriage, thinks the government should have more control over people’s lives to protect the “children”. He wants price controls on certain commodities.

He’s pro-life and likes Christmas. That’s about as conservative as he gets.

  • I would like to hear her a reason for this. Palin always has a reason for everything she says as much as people like to say she just rambles. But, I believe she’s wrong on this one. But then again, Reagan was wrong on Sandra Day O’Conner.

  • Nothing makes me laugh harder than liberals referencing the Bible. It’s like listening to Meghan McCain talk about quantum physics. Thanks for the laugh MSNBC! If you think these guys suck at Jeopardy, wait until they on Foxworthy’s new Bilbe Trivia show! lol

  • Bethlehem exists in the current West Bank under control of the Palestinians. I’m sure you know that Bethlehem is not only where Christ was born but, where King David, his father Jesse, and his father Boaz (the husband of Ruth) is from. This means the “settlements” in that territory are just Jews returning to land that has been theirs since Joshua ran out the Cannanites. Not that they will EVER believe it.

  • worLd view. Stupid “L” button acting dumb.

  • What’s to explain? God is against it. If God was for it, I’d be for it. But he’s adamantly against it, therefore as a beliver, I’m against it. It’s not that hard. I’ve met a lot of very nice gay people. I’ve also met a lot of not-so-nice gay people. I’m not against them. We are never going to accept it as normal. It’s just that simple. Gay activists are never going to quit pushing their agenda and christians ( myself included ) are never going to quit advancing ours.

Lets quit with the whining about “you want to force your beliefs on me” argument. It’s idiotic and dishonest. Everyone is “trying to force their beliefs” on eachother. It’s called POLITICS! A group of people have a certain word view and they want others to live by. Gay activists are trying force their belief that homosexuality in normal and moral on us whe believe it’s not. They are no different than we are as far as “forcing beliefs” on another group. Secular huminism is a belief system that is being forced upon a overwhelming religious poplulation. So, people fight back to have our beliefs and values be the governing ideas. Sometimes we win, sometimes we don’t.

I just wish gay marriage people would just be honest that they are trying to have their word view be the governing word view and we want ours to be. Someone will win. I don’t mind the battle for the ideas, it‘s the whining I can’t stand.

  • This is why hockey is the only real man’s game left. LOVE IT!

BTW, the coaches nearly go at it in hockey fairly often. Pat Quinn, the former coach of the Mapleleafs, use to challenge the other coaches all the time.

  • Nice dude. Too funny!
