  • Something doesn‘t seem right with this ’failure’ but I was thinking along different lines…that maybe Mr. Z. has outlived his usefullness and like all good ‘useful idiots’ it is now time for the administration to “zucker punch” him to get him out of the way. The idea of planned failure resulting in gov bailout/buyout of Facebook is really interesting considering all of the information all of us post on it. Combine that with the HHS super computer medical/biographical information and talk about total information (and control) over everyone. Knowing what I do know about the ‘research’ component and possibilities with that super computer really raises some interesting possibilities. And just think…with blood samples being collected on ALL baby boomers (for your safety, don’t ya know — you might have hepatitis C) and subsequent DNA sequencing immediately populating that data bank that HHS has…….hmmmm… Very interesting indeed.

  • The 2nd part of the education act is more frightening. The gov is moving into credentialing of schools & looking at school’s curriculums. If the gov doesn‘t like a school’s curriculum (ie doesn’t teach how to do abortions, or counsel LGBT “correctly”, or teach their version of ‘social justice’ etc) that school runs the risk of not getting ‘credentialed’ by the gov. The gov can then say they will not offer school loans to any school not so ‘credentialed’ by the gov and since you can‘t get a ’student loan’ anywhere else, that school will lose students & money. Also, gov now controls research monies. That same school will not get research grants & therefore will not be a draw for top notch professors. The same scenario is going to play out in grade schools. It is no coincidence that Gore one week says girls need to learn not to have babies in order to ‘save the planet’ and 2 weeks later MD says HS students will need to pass an environmental compatency test in order to graduate. I was left wondering what sort of propaghanda will be on those tests. Between the topics being required to be taught in schools by the ‘adult formation of children’ clauses in the health care act & new environmental compatency tests there may be many schools that will refuse to teach the gov hs curriculum seeing it as a violation of their religious believes. Will student’s diplomas from these schools be devalued & not be seen as sufficient to get a school loan to go to college? I have

  • The Education component of the health care act is actually very powerful on so many levels. Students become indentured servants of the government. Since the gov. is the only source of student loans, their debt is owed to the government. Debt is reduced if you work for the gov. and so there is strong motivation to work for the government which will result in a brain drain from the private sector to the public sector. The sad part is that when you work in a gov job it has a tendency to kill the creative spirit in a person and so the most creative folks will be stiffled. Also what students dont realize is that the offer to be able to work for the gov and reduce your debt does not mean you will get anything like the job/career you want. When I graduated from nursing school students who had contracted with hospitals to work for them in exchange for school money were shocked to find that instead of nursing jobs they got nurse aid jobs at nurse aid salaries. Students need to realize that being told they can reduce their debt by working for the gov does not give any guarantees. Obama says they should get a house when they graduate. Students get a Frannie/freddie loan & now owe the gov for their house. Result: new version of old concept — indentured servitude working for the company store. A high tuition is sold as an acceptable life style — That is a lie. I cant help but wonder about the fine print is in all of these student loan contracts. Guess I just don’t trust the gov

  • @best_patriot It is obvious that you have not read the health care act.

  • @feliciajewel. Dont‘ be surprised that it has been removed because it’s removal means nothing. Part of the new regulations established by HHS (thru obamacare) is that every single child will be required to have an annual mental health exam to “catch problems before they become problems”. Kids will be telling these mental health “counselors” all sorts of things…you know…sort of like how in Florida docs were to ask if there were guns in the house…

These counselors will be part of the newly established “medical homes” that will be in every school.

And parents…forget about getting information on what is said. UN Rights of the Child rules. (I have been to the “future” and seen what happens when the state decides it is in the “interests of THE ”child”" to be removed from the home. More such “home invasions” will be happening).

  • Agenda 21…a city complete with tyranical cntrols builtinto the structure of the city…sort of like a matrix…don’t ya think.

  • This is a “test” of what will very soon be the norm. Obamacare is full of authorization for the government to put a social worker into any and all homes where a child is considered to be “at risk”. Last year a “study” came out declaring that children who are obese and/or are children of obese parents are at greater risk of being abused…and this was seen as justification for placement of social workers in homes. Get ready parents….this is only the beginning of a very dark nightmare on the horizon.

  • “There is, furthermore, no existing case law that bars their use in investigating crimes.”

Interesting that it is no longer the Constitution that determines what the Gov. can and can not do…but “case law” that makes that determination. The Constitution died the day the law schools replaced it with “case law”.

Gingrich performs the Vulcan “mind meld” to better understand “rhinos’ in the coming election.

  • There is more truth to the Bishop’s words than I think even he knows. The health care act is not about health care at all but it is all about cultural transformation. Yes, Catholic hospitals, clinics, schools, universities will be closed as will all catholic social services be shut down. It is all in the health care act for anyone with eyes to see. These are very very dangerous times. There are four main thrusts to the health care act: 1. the complete collapse of the entire health care system (obama getting ready to do it). 2. The building of the infrastructure to be in place when the health care system collapses (this is almost accomplished — just read HHS reports) . 3.. The complete indoctrination of the youth of America into a secular socialist (communist) world view …a world view devoid of God and a God centered morality (most college kids don’t realize …they are part of what is seen as the “throw away” generation…the gov cares nothing about them….it is al about their children) 4. Complete and total tyranny thru unlimited completely funded biological /psychological/behavioral/ social/medical research and eugenic control. The health care act is all about replacing the church with the government. It is still not too late to read the Act. There is so much in there that no one is talking about. Check out Prez bioethics committee. They are deciding so much that will have broad ramifications on all of us. The bishop is closer to truth than he k
