  There’s no such thing as constitutional treason.

  Article III, Section 3.

  Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt act, or on Confession in open Court.

  The Congress shall have the Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

  Please share with all of us what act of War those mentioned in your post committed? When you’re done, maybe we should evaluate the man sitting in the Oval Office at this present time. Most Americans know the Muslim Brotherhood are enemies of the United States, however, this President has members of the Muslim Brotherhood assisting him with his Decision making and Policies. This has nothing to do with Republican or Democratic Parties / Policies, it has everything to do with the U.S. Constitution being violated by dishonest politicians corrupting our system of government and usurping our inalienable Rights and Liberties for over one hundred years by writing laws that are Unconstitutional.

  The Colorado Court of Appeals is wrong. No court in the United States has any right to make any such ruling regarding anything to do with any religion. The court even considering the case is ludicrous and unconstitutional. Any Justice that does not uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution can be removed from the bench. A States Constitution does not take precedence over the U.S. Constitution.
