Only Eight Pilots Are Qualified to Land on This ‘Terrifying’ Runway

I hear ya, My first thought was “what about Kodiak AK?”
Barometer Mt. at one end, lots of water at the other end… It’s a tradition to clap and cheer when you land safely.
Pat Robertson: ‘What Is This ’Mac & Cheese?’ Is That a Black Thing?’
November 25, 2011 at 12:11pm
I think it’s a “southern thing” I’m white and I grew up on what a lot of people consider “soul food”
Collard greens, black eyed peas, sweet potato pie, okra, etc…. (There’s something to be said for having your own garden.) When it comes to mack & cheese do it right, not the cheap out of the box crap, homemade with milk & cream and then baked until brown on top.
Some of the best I’ve ever had was at a little place called “Jack Dempseys” in New Orleans.

I agree with you, one of the first rules of gun safety is “Know what’s behind your target”
It’s easy to say what she woulda coulda shoulda done, but we weren’t there to assess the situation.

I’m more pissed about you apologizing than I am about what you said. It’s good advice!
I remember Jerry Hall saying it. I also remember when the big Clinton/Lewinsky scandal came out, one of my female coworkers saying “Hillary should have been doing her ”homework” When I asked her what she meant, she said “If you want to keep your man at home, do your homework” In other words, don’t give him a reason to stray. Same goes for men too.

I agree, some people take this waay too seriously. It’s a game….
I can always find something more productive to do besides watch a bunch of guys I don’t know run down a field with a ball.
“Yeah, there’s nothing better than watching a bunch of big muscular men getting all hot and sweaty chasing each other around and than tackling them and rolling around on the ground like a bunch of homos”
Sheesh, I’ll go for a hike any day.
Should ‘Self-Defense‘ Apply to McDonald’s Cashier Who Beat, Crushed Customer’s Skull With Metal Rod?
October 18, 2011 at 11:44am
So when two thugs attack you your answer is WWJD? I’ll see you at the hospital…… or morgue.
Sometimes it’s ok to fight back, when you’re being attacked is one of them.

Personally I think the girls got what they deserved. To all of you who think he went too far. It‘s easy to say when you aren’t the one in a dangerous situation. We can‘t see what’s going on behind the counter. How do you know she wasn’t reaching for a gun, or a knife? There’s no glass ceiling as to how far a fight will escalate. What if he didn’t have the metal rod and one of the girls grabbed a kitchen knife or poured fryer grease on him. The girls are to blame for what happened to them. Don’t want to get beat up? Then don’t run your mouth, slap someone, and jump the counter to go after them. Bet they won’t do it again. :-D

I agree with you 100% I can’t believe all the people feeling sorry for the girls. She made the choice to slap him, she made the choice to come over the counter…SHE is to blame for her beat down.
You don’t hit somebody and not expect to get hit back. I bet she won’t do it again.
