  I misunderstood the article based on the title…Users have greater privacy control according to the law.

  That said (sinister laugh) I do not believe our gov‘t obey’s the laws that have been made….unless they are caught. Then a convenient scapegoat/fallguy is offered up then business as usual. I can only hope this spying is for our protection.(yea right)
