Woman Arrested For Recording Police From Her Front Yard

I lived in Rochester for the past 6 out of 7 years. About 2 years ago, Officer Anthony DiPonzio was shot in the back of the head, in day light, while responding to a call about some kids and a possible drug deal. When they found no proof, the cops were returning to their cars when a 15 year old shot Officer DiPonzio in the back of the head with a rifle. Thankfully, he survived his injuries.
I can understand the police officer not feeling “safe” while being video taped from behind. But to arrest this woman, after confronting her and seeing she was unarmed, was an abuse of power. He should have let it go.
