  • Nobody likes a hypothetical better than a leftist…they love to assigne their behavior to others, and imagine all sorts of horribles that “could” happen…reality is that these planners were and remain very close to the heart of the republic but, the alarm was sounded…Americans everywhere rode in on their white horses and voted. The gig is up…and Trumka and his minions are attempting to reframe what is really happening here. They overstepping with Obama, thought they had the take over executed, and now they are scambling for a plan B.

  • I have written to my Senator, Speaker Boehner, and Majority Leader Eric Cantor requesting that we immediately disallow any federal taxpayer dollars to flow to any college/university that does not allow ROTC. DADT is over…no more phony excuses. If you are anti American Govt, fine, but you can plan to pay for it youself. They need to do this now! Start holding these people accountable. Elitist students at Columbia are part of the same leftist thinking that allows them to be disconnected from reality because some one else is paying the tab. Please demand this now.

  • Stopped watching due to Keith O also. Just ruined it for me. Could not figure out who’s idea it was to have him on there? I just kept thinking, “just shut up and let me watch the game” but no, the jackass was vaccinated at birth with a phonograph needle.

  • It’s a different world out here in the country, and you are so right…do not want to live in the cluster f…, known as city life. I’ve farmed as a single woman and with my daughter, now 18 for nearly 28 years. Just bought a S & W bodyguard for myself and cc due to increase in thefts and a break in just a few miles up the road. It would take the police 10-15 min to answer a call out here, even under the best of conditions. Still keep a pump action shot gun next to the bed…the sound of that lock and load is a universal language in the dark. However, I’ve felt like that young man in AZ who stepped forward to help with his cc weapon, that I just need to have something on me that’s quick and ready. I just keep seeing those school board members in Florida, sitting there like ducks in the arcade waiting for the shooter to kill them. I had a Great Aunt that used to purse my Uncle like that when he drank too much…she would have taken that shooter out with one swipe! No city life for me.

  • Sarah dumb? ….only like a fox! McCain’s staff allowed the far left media to define Sarah and the rest of the country went along…she’s taken it out of their hands now, and is defining herself…giving the American people a chance to see what it’s like to be an Alaskan…and that helps them understand the independence it takes to be chosen to lead them too. I know you’ll hear the old guard Repubs lamenting this move on her part…but, they were clueless in 2008 and they are clueless now. She’s won respect for her spirit, an undestanding of her background and family, and admiration from many Americans because they can see her in her own element and realize she’s genuine…the real deal! Brilliant move Sarah. Congratulations.

  • Sondergard, not down with your personal definition of the word “hero”…as if it depends on the outcome of the situation. There are heros out there everyday that do the right thing and step up at personal risk and sometimes it has immediate positive outcomes and sometimes not as immediate or at least immediately observable by the world. What iffn‘ someone like you’re doing belongs to sportfans. My grandpa said, “ when ”ifs and buts” are candy and nuts, it’s Christmas all year long”. It went down the way it did and it is what it is….save the replay video for games. She risked her life to help others, distracted him, and the end result was good for everyone except the man with the maliscious intent.

  • Always an error to mistake kindness for weakness. These men stand at the epicenter, with knowledge of just how devastating and insidieous the progressive agenda has been and is to our country. They see the rule of law, legislative and judicial roles disrespected by administrative partisan hacks and their rules. They cry because their souls know how at risk our way of life is and how desperate the fight is to not be on the watch that let it slip away. Working in physical therapy I see people of all types cry everyday, in physical and emotional pain, with relief, with determination, with hope and joy, with the sheer power of being or watching another human being facing the mountain and succeeding one step at a time or sometimes by just getting up that day and facing the mountain at all. Trust me, anyone posting on here that belittles emotion and tears does not have enough scratch in the game. Get a real problem, a real miracle in your life and maybe then you’d have something to offer.

  • ABC is back with the ridicule of anyone that disagrees with the current position taken or with his/her postion. I told you nicely before and telling you nicely again…stop the ridicule when you post opposition. It’s a very old and transparent bullying technique. On the beach you‘d be the one kicking sand in someone’s face. Right now I think anyone that gets a “you’re a fool”, “stupid”, “idiot” or any variation there of from you must consider putting it on their resume. Would be a very good employment search technique. The post you responded to doesn’t agree. Scalia is conservative yes, but he’s not God, just a man with a excellentmind, there may be other good minds that disagree and are more libertatian. Perhaps you could work on developing some critical thinking skills that include recognizing there are “degrees” and taxonomies of thought progression. While you’re working on that STFU.

  • ABC says, “Also, from an economic standpoint, there is no difference between saying your boss gave you an extra $1.5M raise and the tax man saying you can keep $1.5B in taxes…” That in a nutshell is what is wrong and fundamentally divides us from the Progressive/Socialist/Marxist ideology. There is an unbreachable gap between earning and keeping what is yours and the mindset that the “ taxman says you can keep”. Oh thank you Mr Tax man, massah sir, grovel, grovel, and grovel some more. You are so kind to LET me keep what is mine. The fact that ABC can even type this line negates anything that comes after. This worship of the government as the great arbiter of all is the line in the sand. We created this government…not the other way around. I see quite clearly that these “risk averse” types that cannot function in a competitive free market capatilist system, seem to think that there is some absolute safety in a giant government that distributes rights, funds, waivers etc. and all will be just and fair. This is delusional at best, as you notice already they have declared themselves above others and thus rightly assuming their elevated spot in the all just and fair government….shoots that down from the get go. It’s a warning to keep your gun handy, might just have to discuss who is letting whom keep or take what!

  • His intentions are the same as all elitists…rules for you and not for me. I’m especially fond of his claims that“ we protect our sources”. Oh, OK, so sorry…you wave your magic “rationalizing” wand it becomes OK for you to have secret sources but, anyone else discussing things privately are to be outed. How does that work exactly? Ok for you to have secrets but, not ok for anyone else. Why because you named yourself god and arbiter of all? No, you don’t get to hold everyone else accountable with one set of rules by using “needs to be confidential” to cover your own misbehavior. The disingenousness of this behavior is mind blowing.
