  Me too. In the old,easier to win 5 number Calif lottery I had 4 out of 5. History said I should win 25 to 35 K. Nope, over 2,000 people had that same number combination. But I did win over $1200 so it was worth it.

  Hmmmmm, I’m not sure I agree with your analysis. I’m from and live in Caliifiornia, but I don’t fit into any of the catagories you described. I love the state, just hate the politics, politicians and the taxes.

  I had to do that once during training. Fortunately we were in a low population area (ranches) and one of them had a convenient dirt strip available. I could hardly walk when I got out of the cockpit. The airplane was a Cessna 182 RG. Fuel line problem. The instructor/owner repaired it on the spot and we took off
  and returned to base !!
