  The only ways to create wealth are to harvest something from nature (Mining, logging, fishing, etc), grow something, or create something someone needs or wants (manufacturing, food processing, manufacturing, etc.). These people will support a great many people providing services they need, being too busy with previous to do everything (doctors, teachers, firemen, police, etc.). Stealing from others to buy supporters does NOT create wealth or rev up an economy. It kind of makes an economy run down, like a watch spring.
