  Welfare/disability recipients.
  Criminals.
  Drug abusers.
  Those who speak out against the government.
  Homeless.
  Everyone in the Third World countries.
  The unemployed.
  The 50% of US citizens who don’t pay taxes.
  Anyone who does not drive an electric car.
